So it appears that the response from @LandRover_UK is “deal with it” and “put up and shut up” that’s the extent of their customer service. I should just be grateful that they are repairing the faulty car they sold me. 0 out of 10 LR
I wonder if any @LandRover_UK customer service contact gets responded to other than by automated reply or is it like the old Carlsberg add where the complaint office is a abandoned room full of cobwebs. Does it exist??

What amazes me is that I get automated responses though email and now Twitter, but no action is taken. @LandRover_UK why waste so much time if your not even bothered to help or support your customers. Obviously your are blinkered and unaware that poor customer service is worse.
