Over the past year, I’ve built tons of simple, reusable HDAs with AI. Combining them can create all sorts of weird effects. Now I’m exploring Houdini MCP, using these tools to bring ideas to life that go beyond my own expertise. Here’s one example: fully procedural pipework!

Made a real-time viewport HDA for Houdini. It tracks the cursor and outputs both normalized 2D coordinates and a corresponding 3D position to drive procedural effects and interactive DOP simulations. It also lets you control the camera target during playback.

Made a HDA to replicate the ocean spectrum force, works across all kind of simulation.

Bring in ideas into my old works, actually pretty impressive testing Plnty out these days. ChatGPT + @plntyapp

Been vibing on building a custom app for my daughter over the past few months - part recorder, part editor, fully personal. It’s been an amazing experience. A chance to bring together skills I’ve built over the years, while finally closing the gap in my programming.

A dynamic grid animation setup inspired by @daytogu’s share. Simplified into a single Wrangle and a Match Size SOP. It also becomes much more interesting when converted into a velocity volume, which can be used as a guiding force.

literally one liner in VEX but...is it really design for proper user?

Working in C4D right now feels like: I just nudged the viewport → C4D rebuilds the volume builder → rebuilds the meshing → re-remeshes → RS reloads the polys → subdivides again → autosave kicks in… 3 minutes later I can control again and I nudged the viewport....

Crazy Dynamics courses by @zheminwork was that for me ☝️ - more times than not 3D is about engineering and the beauty is nothing actually has to be correct but playing the part well and LOOKING good - this is one of those courses that shows many different ways to establish kinetic relationships with solvers, quick rigs, and other tips and tricks that while is based in c4d - the theory extends beyond that and so do many of the exercises - but none the less amazing for c4d artists looking to level up their motion game

Re-create a liquid glass effect in COP. Plus, put them into a Solver.
