Esports Lecturer, Zander Merle-Smith, will be stepping into our Director of Esports position beginning in August. As a core member of our administration team over the past four years, we look forward to seeing Zander transition into this new role.

Thereโs a ton a great names putting themselves up for the board, Iโm so glad Chase added his to that list. Please consider all the amazing stuff he does for our space and how great he would be helping guide NACE.
Weโre working on something incredibly cool here and April 15th is just the first step in our collaboration with Richmond Raceway! Register to come check out an exclusive look at what we have planned for the Fall!
The Redline Series marks a premier collaboration between Richmond Raceway and Shenandoah University Esports bridging the gap between motorsports, competitive gaming, and education in the region.
๐April 15th will be the first event in this series: the Redline Showcase. This event will take place in Richmond Racewayโs Media Center right in the center of the racetrack!
Show matches will feature scholastic Rocket League teams from across the DMV region- including Henrico County Public Schools, University of Mary Washington, and Shenandoah University. Attendees will be able to gain a behind-the-scenes view of esports broadcast production, trial Sim Racing, cheer on regional scholastic esports teams, and learn more about how to get involved with a full-scale event coming this Fall.

Another team, another proud dad post. Finding success is not happenstance, but the result of hard work and dedication. This team has met every challenge this season head on, one more to go.
๐ด Tune in live tomorrow night, 9pm at twitch.tv/shenandoahesports
I am incredibly proud of this team's growth. They have celebrated victories and shouldered losses as one, always an indivisible unit.
Tomorrow night's match should be electric.

Only about 10 hours into Blue Prince but Iโm getting similar feelings from this that I got from Outer Wilds. Completely different, but same. Completely hooked and I am loving it.
Every edition of Boost on the Beach proves there is NO esports event like this, and I have the privilege of working with the best in collegiate to make it happen. What a ridiculous, tiring, FUN event! Thank you to the teams that submit themselves to our shenanigan riddled tourney
WHAT!!!
Congratulations to @zombiezander from @ShenUesports, your Collegiate Educator of the Year!
