this is not true. it is unfair how you’re actively trying to change the narrative.
this whole thing emanated from the just concluded U S’ midterm election. nigerian magas were saying all sorts about islam and muslims altogether, because el-sayed, a muslim, got elected into the senate, which they believe is undeserving.
uloma then said it is unfair, and a clear cut bigotry to assume the worst of people because of their faith/religion.
she never said that islam, its subscribers or its legal systems, schools of thought, etc. are above scrutiny. to even imply that is to uproot hermeneutics, to be more precise, tafsir — from islamic studies, because it is one of its key branches.
and god bearing witness, most of the muslims i have seen engaging with this whole thing have been doing it from a rebuttal and a refutation point of views, and not from a how-dare-you pov.
i don’t know man. it is not as if all this explanation even matters to the likes of you. as far as you’re concerned islam is the most cancerous thing to ever exist.

This story is absurd, and telling it this way, as if it is some landmark achievement worthy of applause is, quite frankly, an unprecedented level of tomfoolery.
For nearly 20 years, over 300 containers of transmission equipment sat stranded at our ports. This equipment was bought to expand the network, relieve overloaded substations and bring more reliable electricity to Nigerians.
Yesterday, the Nigeria Customs Service approved the release of the first 98. Our engineers will now verify the equipment, test it and deploy it where it is needed most. That means completing stalled projects, easing pressure on overloaded substations and strengthening the grid.
This is a significant first step, and we are working to secure the release of the remaining 200+ containers without further delay.
We are grateful to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for approving the release. We also thank the Comptroller-General and officers of the Nigeria Customs Service, the Honourable Minister of Finance, the Honourable Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, the Nigerian Ports Authority, the terminal operators and the TCN team for their support.
