Fresh Microsoft Office 2021 Mac update today nuked my activation credentials. Now I'm unable to save files and I'm being led to MS365. NO THANKS! Last update of Oct 14th was working fine. Thank goodness for rotating Time Machine backups. @microsoft @office
You got to love it when a company sells a high-end $75k+ media server, at a premium cost including a @nvidia GPU which touts hardware acceleration for a certain set of video codecs.
Guess: Does the company's proprietary software support the same set of codecs?
Nope. 🤦🏻🤷🏻

Thinking of my friend John Ashbridge’s & his family as today marks 4 years since his passing. His work behind the mic is legendary as was his work in the community, especially with @RoyalColumbian.
Last pic is of Ash & my mom, both big supporters of #RCH ❤️

Gotta love it when you walk into a @loblawco owned store to buy something and they won't sell it to you... because they've closed out their tills 40 minutes before closing.

I think you mean "Guns found in the trunk of a Mustang" and not "Cars found....".
Similar thing happened to me, 30+ years teaching. Junk email went out in Nov 2024, finally notified in May and was fingerprinted the next week. After 25 e-mails later, I was "cleared" on Sep 3rd.
The process is ridiculous.

Who in #bced supports my campaign to remove our phone numbers and e-mail addresses from the TRB database? They currently require these.
They obviously can't use them reliably to our benefit anyways.
I challenge @GlobalBC to fact-check on Christy Clark's recent comments about oil tanker traffic on BC's coast. There are NO tankers travelling 12.5 miles offshore (in Hecate Strait). Journalistic Integrity! Hint: look at marinetraffic.com

The @engadget headline speaks of a 6-month offer –– but the copy says differently: "Once the three-month period ends, the plan renews at the standard $13 per month".
🧐
So classy that the
@deltaoptimist corrected their headline – and then
blocked me for making this comment.
Quite a statement by a BC gov't housing minister in these "uncertain financial times" who says that they're reviewing everything through the lenses of "What do we need to do now?" and "What would be nice to do?"
Say this AND then justify FIFA 2026? Wow.

I'm confused by news reports stating that late mail-in ballots are being counted.
I could honestly care less.
When I do care is when @ElectionsBC say one thing and then do another.

Is this the @BCFerries idea of keeping their online schedules up to date?
Surely there are multiple people on salary to create schedules and keep the website up-to-date.
This isn't new... I remember doing this one about 30 years ago.

Why isn't 15" a search option for 2024 MB Air refurbs on the @Apple Canada website – yet these models appear in unfiltered searches.
