Replying to @Myotheralt42 @PierrePoilievre
Plausible deniability does not Prime Minister material make.
If he will stick his head in the sand and refuse to protect his party from foreign interference what good would he be when it’s his job to protect the country and its citizens?

Over 70% of you did not vote for PSPP.
He is acting like an unprofessional baby throwing his weight around as if he is the undisputed leader of a Super Power.
It's only been weeks.

It cannot be stated often enough or vociferously enough: The Trump administration is helping Russia to conquer Ukraine. The United States of America has taken the side of an aggressor against its innocent victim. We are helping our actual enemies as they prey upon us and our friends. This policy reversal from both the Biden administration and the first Trump administration is a shameful abandonment of principle and of self-interest.
A stark & powerful piece from @koriSchake

Asking Canadian media producers and on air performers to tell the story of this great Canadian, who been killed in Ukraine. Rest in Peace Jesse Adams.
💔 IN MEMORY OF JESSE ADAMS — A TRUE HERO FOR ANIMALS 💔
It is with enormous sadness that we have learned of the tragic death of Jesse Adams, founder of RainCoast Dog Rescue Society in Canada, who lost his life while carrying out an animal rescue mission in one of the most dangerous areas of Ukraine.
Jesse dedicated his life to saving animals, even when it meant putting his own life at risk.
We first came to know Jesse in 2021, when Afghanistan fell to the Taliban. Jesse and RainCoast were among the extraordinary organisations that came together to assist KSAR with the evacuation of 285 cats and dogs, helping many find loving forever homes.
Following Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Jesse travelled to the border to help fleeing families and their pets, providing veterinary care, supplies and assistance getting animals to safety.
He returned repeatedly, undertaking increasingly dangerous missions.
Most recently, Jesse worked alongside Animal Rescue Kharkiv, rescuing hundreds of animals from devastated frontline communities under constant threat from drones, missiles and artillery.
These were extraordinary acts of compassion and courage in the face of unimaginable danger.
Jesse knew the risks. He knew every mission could be his last. Yet he continued because he believed animals caught in conflict deserved protection just as much as those living in peace.
Those of us working in animal rescue in conflict zones understand and accept these risks. But few possess the courage to repeatedly travel towards danger when everyone else is trying to escape it.
Jesse was one of those very special people.
His death is a devastating loss to his family, friends, RainCoast and the international animal rescue community.
Our hearts go out to everyone who knew and loved him, particularly the Ukrainian rescuers who worked alongside him.
His legacy lives on in every animal he saved and every rescuer he inspired.
Rest in peace, Jesse. The world has lost an extraordinary human being, and the animals have lost a true champion. 🐾💔
With love and deepest respect,
Louise and everyone at War Paws

First of all there is limited to no care in that hallway. It’s just government sanctioned torture of the elderly, the frail and the vulnerable. Second. Doug Ford has promised on four occasions now to fix it and he has not delivered - nothing, nada, squat.

The Premier of Quebec asked to speak at a Federal level event.
This event isn't provincial. No other premier has asked to speak. In fact, they won't even likely be there.
The Mayor of Montreal hasn't asked to speak either.
This is the RW Influencer performative rage play of the day... 🙄
Paul St-Pierre Plamondon took office with a net favourability of -20%, making him one of the most unpopular incoming premiers in Canadian history.

Mark Carney didn't create the position.
It's a volunteer role.
She wasn't given $1.2B.
Why would she need to appear before a committee before the role even began?
These guys are full of such shit, constantly.
So @MarkJCarney creates a fake job for his wife. Then allocates outside of the budget $1.2b of your money for her to spend and Liberals block her appearing before the Fisheries and Oceans Committee of Parliament to be accountable.

If hackers take down the grid.
If missiles strike our soil.
If the food we eat poisons us.
If the systems meant to feed us leave us starving.
If the people getting obscenely rich on our dime keep convincing us that someone else is the problem…
Then we deserve every single fucking thing that comes next.
Because we saw it coming.
And we did nothing.
We’re too complacent to act. Too easily manipulated to think critically. Too fucking stupid to recognize when we’re being played against our own interests.
Yes, you.
You, too.
And me. All of us.
Because it’s easier to blame someone else than to take responsibility.
Find a group to hate. A neighbor to resent. An enemy to blame.
It’s them.
Those people.
They’re the problem.
Never you. Never the people profiting from your anger. Never the system you’ve been conditioned to defend, even as it bleeds you dry.
And certainly never your own unwillingness to do a goddamn thing about it.
But sure.
Keep telling yourself you’re doing your part.
You’re contributing so much to society.
I can hardly fucking keep track.
