Colossus aims to build a permissionless credit card network powered by stablecoins.
True value comes only from systems that are decentralized and permissionless.
By leveraging the existing credit card infrastructure, @colossuspay enables instant settlement on Ethereum using stablecoins. No intermediaries or banks — just real-time, on-chain transactions.
Led by @josephdelong the project is still in its early stages but has the potential to become a cornerstone of decentralized payment systems.
The term “Visa 2.0” reflects the vision: creating a payment network with the reach of Visa but open and permissionless by design.

Honcho Eval Deep Dive #3: BEAM
BEAM is the only memory benchmark that currently requires a memory system.
At 10M tokens, it exceeds every model's context window. You can't just stuff it in and hope for the best.
The top score in the original BEAM paper: 0.266
Honcho with Claude Haiku 4.5:
BEAM 100K: 0.63 (vs 0.53 baseline)
BEAM 500K: 0.65
BEAM 1M: 0.63
BEAM 10M: 0.41
No meaningful recall drop-off until 10 million tokens—and even then, 50%+ above prior SOTA.
At BEAM 10M scale, Honcho uses just 0.5% of available context to answer each question. We're not burning through 10M tokens. We're selecting the few thousand that actually matter.
We don't retrieve and stuff. We reason over memory, and that reasoning is why token efficiency, cost, and accuracy all improve together.
