This is an incredibly powerful moment 💙 Phil is waiting for a heart transplant. He used to serve with 29 Commando Regiment, Royal Artillery. Today, the regiment drove all the way from Plymouth to come and see him and bring video messages from those who couldn’t join.

Plymouth based @29_commando hosted @ArmySgtMajor on a visit to their home. Briefed on their unique role, and speaking about leadership and empowerment, he received a taste of their commando spirit... a mud run in the estuary, log race, sea swim and an abseil!
