It is federally illegal per 18usc922 to have a firearm, including a stripped lower, from being shipped to your house. What he has shown, is already a federal felony and has been for nearly 60 years. law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18…

Good guy with a gun is real. Not always, not inevitably, but real. Bend, OR (2026). Greenwood, IN (2022). Charleston, WV (2022). The list goes on and on and on. Denying the prevalence of DGUs cost gun-controllers massive amounts of credibility that they could not afford to lose.

Your support is providing more than meets the eye. The hours and hours of research, the publishing, the legal work and more are building a foundation for freedom in our lifetimes.

"As further detailed in the complaint, Brinksman had an ongoing personal relationship with an individual who maintains an online publication on Substack"
🚨 U.S. Government Contractor Arrested for Allegedly Leaking National Defense Information “National defense information is classified to protect the American people from bad actors around the world who wish to do us harm,” said @AGToddBlanche. “The details alleged in this affidavit reflect the behavior of a government contractor who exempted himself from a federal law governing the protection of classified information. The Department of Justice will continue prosecuting individuals who leak classified information and put our national security at risk.” Read more: justice.gov/opa/pr/us-govern…

New York tried to ban body armor. The feds tried to disarm a peaceable man for life. We beat both. To every member of the FPC Grassroots Army who helped make these fights possible: those wins belong on your scoreboard, too.

The anti-gun tyrants keep recycling the same argument: rifles owned by millions of Americans are somehow “dangerous and unusual” and aren’t “arms.” Repeating it won’t make it true, tyrants.

When Dobbs came down in 2022, a lot of hysterical left-liberal voices swore that "they're coming after Griswold and Obergefell next", and got very mad at me for saying they weren't. Well, where are the challenges to Obergefell and Griswold, 4 years later?

Where did you film this? Isn't this firearm banned (under bad laws *that you supported*) in the People's Republic of Massachusetts?

Next up in Viramontes: amicus briefs supporting the government are due October 28. Expect a ton of the ban’s defenders to submit the most ludicrous arguments possible.

Democrats keep arguing young adults are too immature and stupid to have Second Amendment rights though, so maybe they *should* be trying to stop them from voting too?
Weird how it’s never Democrats trying to stop students from voting.

This is relevant context to keep in mind in reading Everytown's latest rant against the ATF. Remember, all their prior predictions of doom have not come to pass. Homicide is at record lows! But ya, I'm sure this one will finally be the change that brings the long-promised rivers of blood.
Love it! The Trump Admin (including the Cekada-era ATF), has been an unqualified success in terms of fighting crime. The results speak for themselves, as we have record-low homicide and still dropping so far in 2026. Note that this is not simply a continuation of the decline in crime that began in the second half of the Biden years, because the FBI and CDC data show that the decline actually *accelerated* in 2025, and continues to improve in 2026. They are proving that respecting the Second Amendment is not at all mutually exclusive with reducing crime. That false premise has now been definitively obliterated.

Big thanks to @ARBodyArmor for their amicus brief and support in Heeter v. James. They helped us take on New York’s unconstitutional body armor ban, and we’re glad to have them in our corner for this win.
