I saw someone else post this and figured I should too.
This is the second attempt to post. Last one I forgot Illinois.

I feel like we donβt really talk about the Delaware Court of Chancery. Itβs clearly a load-bearing institution of America, and probably contributes substantially to how our country functions. But how does it work? What are its precedents and customs? Is it different in any way from any other court? I want to know!
And yet nobody has stepped in to tell me, to fill the pundit void. And I donβt know enough to do it myself

boost and help her Please!!ππ
I have court early tm for my protective order from my attempted rapist, waiting to get a move in date for my apartment, but I still need help with funds or I'm going to have to sell pics of myself. Also I added the $1600 in receipts my caretaker paid for.

My take on the California ballot props, which I know will somehow annoy everyone:
1: No, don't subsidize demand.
2: Yes
3: Yes, we need the money.
4: Yes
5: No, waste of money
37: No, don't subsidize demand.
38: Yes, I don't love it but what are we to do without federal money?
40: No. It won't raise that much money, I don't think taxes on unrealized gains or ex post facto taxes are a good idea and capital flight is already happening.
41: Yes, because it's a minimum impact way to undo 40.
42: No, because we might need to tax personal property in future.
So I'm finally sitting down and doing actual research for my ballot, and I'm probably going to spend too much time, because I actually want to evaluate each candidate, even though most of them don't deserve it.

One of my favorite things about the Pittsburgh skyline is that many buildings are advertisements for the companies that built them:
US Steel building is made of Steel
Alcoa (Aluminum Co of America) building is made of Aluminum
PPG (Pittsburgh Plate Glass) building made of glass
This is the way.
Talk about a birthday gift...
Father and son came in to get the Son's 18th birthday and graduation gift.
Wanted a hunting AR so we built him a 6.5 Grendel
The young man was stoked when he picked it up, and for Texas, he's good for anything native out to about 400 yards
Not bad guy about $1800 (including optic)

Bro left Ohio and his life instantly improved. Much to learn from this
I'm convinced the average white American man would be happier being in a mafia family in The Caucuses, rather than in the US. I think they care more about status relative to the people around them rather than globally, and about controlling women, to a point they'd prefer that.
Similarly they'd rather be making 80k a year with an 8th grade education in some sinecure, with their four wives whom they can treat as property, like a lot of men in Gulf countries do.
Wikipedia has it's own politics, its own drama, and it doesn't take kindly to outsiders. It's like the Catholic Church. People put immense amounts of effort into minutia. Wikipedians like one thing and it's fucking discussing.

You all need to understand that there is a well-funded movement to kill Wikipedia as an institution. The dream of an internet that provided universal access to knowledge was a mirage. It threatened too many powerful people, so now we have AI summaries and illiteracy.

Barack Obama didn't fucking campaign on rolling back any rights. Same-sex marriage was illegal.
Turek is explicitly campaigning on rolling back transgender healthcare for adults on Medicaid and Medicare. This is equivalent to Obama supporting defunding HIV treatment, moron.

Right-wing Christians tend to hate groups of people (Ds, immigrants, LGBTQ, etc) as an βideologyβ but love individuals. So they donβt perceive it as hate.
For people in those groups, those things arenβt their βideology,β itβs part of their identity. So they do perceive it as hate.
Not confusing at all.
As conservative Christians continue pushing the boundaries of religious accommodations, itβs important that we atheists and humanists learn to assert those same rights.
Religious freedom isnβt just for believers.
An atheist requested a "religious accommodation" to refuse AI at workβand his university agreed.
David Durman says generative AI conflicts with his Humanist beliefs.
Kudos to @americnhumanist for making it happen!
