I think it is wrong for communities to impose fixed development levies on projects that are intended to benefit those same communities.
Communities should create an enabling environment for investors and developers, not discourage development with excessive financial demands.

馃嚚馃嚟 SWITZERLAND!
A place where mountains touch the sky, lakes shine like glass, and nature creates views that look almost unreal.
Sometimes, you don't need a filter. Nature does it better. 馃實鉂わ笍
Would you love to visit Switzerland someday?
It's wrong to go out dressed like this.
Fashion should be expressive, but moderation is important. Dress in a way that commands admiration, not unnecessary attention.

It was supposed to be his final dance.
Ronaldo had planned it perfectly. One last World Cup. One last Champions League run. One last Ballon d'Or speech where he would look into the camera and say, "I am the greatest."
But football does not follow scripts.
His last season started with injury. Then a red card. Then a fight with his coach. Then his club benched him. The fans who used to chant his name started to boo him. The "SIUUU" that used to shake stadiums became a joke in comment sections.
He moved to a small club, hoping to revive. Instead, he missed a penalty in the final. An open net in the semi-final. A sitter that a 16-year-old would score. The camera caught him sitting on the grass, hands on his head, alone. No teammates came to lift him. The stadium was silent.
That same week, on the other side of the world, Messi lifted another trophy.
He didn't shout. He didn't post a long caption. He just smiled, held his son, and lifted the cup like he had done it a thousand times. Calm. Tall. Unbothered.
The commentators said it without even trying to be cruel:
"One career ended in noise. The other ended in glory."
Ronaldo watched the highlights from his hotel room. He saw Messi standing so tall, surrounded by teammates who loved him, fans who adored him, and a legacy that needed no argument.
And for the first time, he understood.
Greatness is not about how loud you shout that you are the best. It's about how quietly the game crowns you when you are gone.
Messi didn't need to say he was the GOAT. The game said it for him.
And Ronaldo's story, the one that started with so much fire, ended in total disaster.
