Number of childminders has halved in 10yrs. 90% of places for < 3 provided by pvi nurseries. Funded at rates up to 50% less than public sector counterparts. Without pvi onside policy is a non starter. @2020Together
A new system without consulting the pvi sector will never work. Issues with 1140hrs still not resolved 7 yrs in…lessons not learned..it’s not free it’s funded by the taxpayer. Nothing is free. @2020Together
