how should I prepare Duke Dog? fried? sous vide and then a nice sear? maybe a brine and then a roast? spit-roasted would probably yield a good result too
we can’t trust the kicker after the last few weeks. manage the clock, be aggressive. make this as easy as possible for him
they got JC and Camden playing rock paper scissors on the sideline to decide who gets to play QB next series

I think people don’t understand the level of investment it takes to be Gonzaga or VCU
The more realistic comparison is, let’s be the next Vermont
MBB losing by a possession @ VCU today in a preseason exhibition is something to be very, very excited about
premature, stupid. All this does is set up some serious resentment when he gets in the portal. His coach and QB will be sought after, choosing to stay after that is a major risk

Ditching conference title games almost erases the meaning of conference titles, and they really do become simply groups with pooled media rights. If that's all they are, why wouldn't Miami, Ohio State, Michigan, etc., eventually go indie or form their own/smaller groups?
In the "second tier" of college sports' caste system, Miami is positioning itself for a conference move while exploring football independence and fighting against a federal bill.
"If we have to go independent," the president says, "I like our chances."
