โ€œI WILL BREAK OUT SOON AND I WILL KILL MORE.โ€ Those were the chilling words of convicted cop killer Luis Bracamontes during his murder trial. Now meet his victims. ๐Ÿ’™ Detective Mike Davis Jr. was a Placer County Sheriffโ€™s detective, a husband, and a father of four. His own father had also been killed in the line of duty. ๐Ÿ’™ Deputy Danny Oliver was a Sacramento County Sheriffโ€™s deputy, a husband, and a father of two daughters. On October 24, 2014, these two men put on their badges and went to work protecting their communities. Neither made it home. Bracamontes murdered them both. And when he stood trial, he showed no remorse. Instead, he openly threatened to escape prison and kill again. A jury sentenced him to death. NOW GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOM WANTS TO COMMUTE HIS DEATH SENTENCE TO LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE. But California keeps changing its laws and rules, giving convicted murderers new opportunities to seek release. LWOP TODAY DOESNโ€™T GUARANTEE LWOP ANYMORE. Bracamontes told us exactly what he intends to do if he ever gets out. THIS IS WHO GOVERNOR NEWSOM THINKS DESERVES MERCY. What about mercy for Mike and Dannyโ€™s families?

TERRIFYING: Thousands of Shia Muslims marched in Dearborn demanding Sharia in Michigan and rejecting American law. Now that they have a Muslim senator, they will become more emboldened than ever. This will not end well.

๐Ÿ’” Behind every death sentence is a victim. A family. A life stolen. A future that will never be. Please read this heartbreaking article about families who have endured unimaginable loss, decades of appeals, and now the prospect of having the sentences of their loved onesโ€™ killers overturned by Governor Gavin Newsom. These families deserve compassion, dignity, respect and justice. Arenโ€™t those California values, too? California juries heard the evidence. Judges imposed the sentences. And California voters repeatedly rejected efforts to abolish the death penalty. Now, one man seeks to override those decisions. At the Criminal Justice Legal Foundation, @CJLF_Sacramento we will pursue every legal avenue available to challenge this decision and defend the rights of crime victims and their families. Justice is not simply about the rights of those who commit horrific crimes. It is also about the innocent lives taken, the families left behind, and the promises our justice system made to them. California values should include accountability, the rule of law, respect for voters, and justice for victims. To every family facing this painful uncertainty: We see you. We hear you. And we will fight for you. โค๏ธ calmatters.org/justice/2026/โ€ฆ

To all millions of Californians who rejected the authoritarian regime also known as democrats. You are the heroes and remember. We are the real resistance. Not these anti-ice nazis, not antifa, not the rainbow cult but us. The decent and rational Americans who care about our freedom, our families and our future.
Yes, we lost the election in CA, but @SteveHiltonx started a movement! Rest assured, we will stand with him to fight for CA and encourage everyone to join! ๐Ÿซก๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

The Sacramento County Sheriffโ€™s Office presented a regional 80-hour Basic Motorcycle Training Course. During this time, an instructor course was also held to develop qualified Motorcycle Officer Instructors. ย  The two week course provides officers with practical training in motorcycle handling and control through a series of prescribed patterns, exercises, and real-world scenarios. Upon successful completion of the course, officers build a strong foundation in motorcycle operations and enforcement techniques, enabling them to navigate traffic safely while performing their duties.

These are not ordinary criminal cases. These are some of the most egregious murders in our stateโ€™s history. The individuals sentenced to death were convicted through our judicial system, tried before juries of their peers, and sentenced after the facts and circumstances of their crimes were presented in court. In many cases, those verdicts came after years of legal proceedings and appeals. This decision also disregards the voices of Californians. Voters have twice rejected efforts to repeal the death penalty, including in 2016, when 53.15% voted against Proposition 62. In that same election, voters approved Proposition 66, a measure intended to expedite the legal process in death penalty cases. During his 2016 campaign Newsom said, โ€œMy position has always been, if ever I was in a position to actually be accountable, that I would be accountable to the will of the voters. I would not get my personal opinions in the way of the publicโ€™s right to make a determination of where they want to take us as it relates to the death penalty.โ€ I would ask the governor to honor those words. Here in Placer County, we know firsthand the horrific nature of some of these crimes. The man who murdered Placer County Sheriffโ€™s Detective Michael Davis Jr. also murdered Sacramento County Sheriffโ€™s Deputy Danny Oliver. A jury convicted him and recommended the death penalty. In 1998, four members of a family were murdered at an Auburn-area ranch, including a three-year-old girl and her five-year-old brother. The children were bludgeoned unconscious and buried alive alongside their father and uncle. Their killer was convicted of four counts of first-degree murder and sentenced to death. In another case, two young women, ages 18 and 15, disappeared in Placer County in 1986. Their bodies were later discovered in separate rural locations. Their killer was convicted of both murders and sentenced to death. That sentence was subsequently upheld by the California Supreme Court. These are real victims. They were someoneโ€™s children, parents, siblings and loved ones. Their families have endured unimaginable loss, and this decision is another painful reminder that their voices can be overlooked in a political process. Our responsibility is to stand with victims, their families and the communities that have been forever changed by these crimes. I urge Governor Newsom to reconsider this decision and respect the voices of California voters, the work of our justice system, and the families who deserve better. - Sheriff Wayne Woo

The shooter is dead. 1 victim also lost her life. But 3,200 other employees on that campus are alive, thanks to this HERO.

In 2016, California voters rejected Prop 62 abolishing the death penalty and approved Prop 66 to speed up executions. Gavin Newsom just gave California voters the finger by commuting all 548 remaining death sentences to life without parole. On top of ignoring voters, taxpayers will be forced to spend roughly $1.4 billion keeping these murderers, rapists, and or pedophiles comfortable for the rest of their lives
Californians: Weโ€™d like an end to rampant homelessness, skyrocketing crime, the ability to buy a home, send our kids to a school to get a decent education, and water for drinking and fighting fires Gavin Newsom: The best I can do is commutes the sentence of 548 death row inmates

Homeless is not declining. California still has the highest rate of homelessness despite the billions @GavinNewsom stole from the tax payers. Just because democrats won doesnโ€™t mean they are good for the state and it definitely doesnโ€™t mean we stop calling out their bullshit.
California changed how it tackles homelessness โ€” leading to back-to-back years of decline (bucking the national trend of an increase). โ–ช๏ธ Homekey turning hotels and motels into housing. โ–ช๏ธ Encampment resolution grants that help people get off the streets and into housing. โ–ช๏ธ New accountability requirements under Prop 1. โ–ช๏ธ A public dashboard tracking local progress. NONE of these initiatives existed before @CAGovernor Gavin Newsom took office. The receipts are public. See how your community is doing: Accountability.CA.Gov

The only positive I see from last night is that Americans will now get a two year showcase on what socialism really looks like, and feels like. It will be ugly, and leave a lasting impression. 2028 will be Socialism vs Capitalism. I'm at peace, because The Lord is in control.
