In 2018, I experienced one of the most difficult moments of my life and attempted to take my own life using alcohol. During that moment of crisis, my thoughts were clouded and I was not thinking about reaching out for help or contacting mental health support services.
By adding the contact details of vital organisations such as @samaritans and @MindCharity to alcohol labels, we can ensure that people who may be dependent on alcohol, or experiencing a mental health crisis, have immediate access to trusted support services. These organisations provide lifesaving assistance every day, but many people in moments of crisis simply do not know where to turn.
If you have a spare few minutes, please do sign the petition below and support me with my battle to fight for change.

Me during the blackout:
🚨 NEW: The Government's "Black Sky" contingency plans for a national water or power blackout
- Around 100 BBC staff would be deployed to run an emergency RM radio studio stocked with enough food, water and fuel to keep it running for 3 days
- The BBC would broadcast pre-written Government scripts through the studio, including how to ration water, what to do if toilets stop working and which food to eat first (see scripts below)
- Radio masts would switch to diesel generators to keep broadcasts going for up to 72 hours without electricity
- BBC teams would use satellite phones to stay in contact, with agreed meeting points and backup arrangements if those phones stop working
- They would also report from emergency centres across the UK using satellite-equipped BBC vehicles to help keep information flowing to the public
- Emergency services would have alternative ways to communicate if mobile phone networks stopped working
- The Government is putting £70m towards aircraft that could restore mobile phone and internet coverage across the UK for over a week

MAJOR announcement from ITV.
Wicked will premiere at 6pm on Sunday 22nd November.
If you missed it at the cinema in 2024, or on DVD and Sky in 2025, your patience has paid off.
You can finally see it with adverts for walk-in baths, Stannah stairlifts and prepaid cremations.

"if hes autistic why'd he even go on the show" as a fellow neurodivergent person let me explain this: we cant predict how we're gonna act in a stressful situation and we do deserve to TRY things instead of locking ourselves at home assuming we're 100% not going to take this
Always despised this page, but happy to share them some guidance on understanding autism: autism.org.uk/advice-and-gui…

Sorry that was embarrassing. Why would you sign up to The TRAITORS and then spoil the actual game because you didn’t want to be a Traitor? I can’t believe it. Hope they slashed his fee #CelebrityTraitors

Going by the reactions, autism education is very much still a requirement #CelebrityTraitors

I can’t imagine how draining the production of the traitors must be but doubly so when you are neurodivergent and expected to lie when you hate lying, so I have massive respect for acaster and if you hate on him I think you need to take a break and touch grass

I'd like to hope someone doesn't have a mental breakdown ever again. James Acaster just showed everyone what living with Autism is actually like on national TV. As someone with it, you've just learned what a lot of autistic people go through on a daily basis #CelebrityTraitors
NEW 🔥 The penultimate episode of #TheCelebrityTraitors Series 2 reportedly has an ending that has “never been seen on the show before, and may never be seen again.”

All of us at Marvel Studios are deeply saddened by the passing of Sir Patrick Stewart. Sir Patrick brought Professor Charles Xavier to life with extraordinary grace, intelligence, and humanity, defining the character for generations of fans, from "X-Men" to "Logan" to "Avengers: Doomsday." He was a singular talent, a generous collaborator, and a true gentleman. Our hearts go out to his wife Sunny, his children, his friends, and the countless fans around the world whose lives he touched with his art.
