“I have been involved in implementing climate-smart agriculture, and through @ADRA_Uganda we are already seeing what can be done, although currently on a small scale. I believe that if these approaches were expanded across #Karamoja, they could address many of the challenges communities are facing. Just a year ago, I penned this small piece in the papers, as @Makerere destroyed old trees around Sir Apollo Kaggwa Road for a wall fence and as Hoima City destroyed trees in Kijungu to construct roads, now it is the beautiful trees on 8th Street are being cut. @DailyMonitor
