Kevin Garnett tells Tony Allen and Zach Randolph that a single open run he had with a group of NBA players including Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen made him realize he wasn't going to college and would instead enter the NBA straight from high school. This was my angle on this.
Cowboys’ 3 games in 12 days, with a 10-hour trip to Brazil in that stretch, would have been better off not practicing and only doing light workouts this week.
Condensed recovery windows, travel fatigue and disrupted sleep will have the CNS FRIED! I’m talking impaired attention, reaction time and decision-making, it’s actually a major concern for player safety.
You can’t expect optimal performance without optimal recovery. This schedule compromises the opportunity for both.
