Just exchanged on a stunner at £400k OVER asking price after a big negotiation battle. Great result for our client from £1.8m up to £2.2m, exchanged in 6 weeks. Dead chuffed. Vendor is now disputing my 1.5% (+VAT) fee. #ffs @eabanter @est_hate @The_EA_Insider @EAmindset

Re: today’s so-called scoop in the Dundee Courier. On 20th of May last year, me and my Director of Onions had a 4-hour Midori-fuelled game of topless Kabaddi with some relatively close friends. While I remain satisfied it was a work event I apologise to anyone somehow offended.
