To support us, keep asking questions of IDA leadership & demand accountability. Shout out to the @DocProducers and @AADocNetwork on their statement supporting the staff. We also appreciate the thoughtfulness of moderator @htshell and fellow panelist John Klacsmann (@AFAworkers).

BREAKING: The Museum’s current wage offer fails to recognize our contribution as museum staff. Our union has been forced to file unfair labor practice charges against the Museum because of their refusal to bargain fairly.

Anthology is an absolutely essential part of not only New York’s film culture but cinema culture on a global scale due to preservation efforts and exquisite curation — none of which would be possible without their staff who deserve a living wage. I stand with them today.
