More corroborating evidence that it gets more precise than "high PD-L1". This is a consistent finding in multiple trials & I think should be something we consider when on the bubble between chemo/IO & checkpoint inhibitor monotherapy. #LCSM #OncoAlert
A study of 141 patients with advanced NSCLC treated with frontline pembrolizumab showed improved outcomes in 'very high-expressors' of PD-L1 (> 80%) compared to those with PD-L1 levels of 61-80% and ≤ 60%.
