Public Education on this has been so poor. Tema Motorway and Mahama road, bushroad, N1 and other similar express and high ways should be between 80-100. Within towns like your neighborhoods should be 50kmph. The law says that.
This whole idea that "we need to start somewhere" with traffitech is quite buffling to me because we are completely ignoring the basics and implementing an exploitative system. How is road signs too much to ask for at this stage?
This is nonsense because the fact that so many countries not just western but even our own neighbors have been doing it well for years should put in us in a position to do better than we are now. The lessons learned are there, we do not need to start from scratch.
