I’m hoping @JoeBrunoWSOC9 can look into claim that @NCDOT is replacing bridges as part of the I-77 South Toll project as a community benefit? We believe The state isn’t “giving” us new bridges. They have to rebuild them because toll lanes physically won’t fit under the old ones?
We are hoping to get answers from @CMPD about the allegations that officer’s shot the man in the back. We hope that Chief Patterson will make additional comments & are weighing if there is a need to request all officers body cam video under the compelling public interest clause.
