Not even joking here we are actually coming back with a vengeance
🚨 OFFICIAL: Manchester City statement. “Manchester City FC is both disappointed and surprised by the opinion of the Premier League Commission, that has been published today. The Club is innocent of the accusations made by the Premier League and a comprehensive body of irrefutable evidence exists in support of all of its positions, relating to this case. The Club will therefore be relentless, and where necessary proactive, in any and all appropriate regulatory and legal forums.  The Premier League process remains ongoing, with significant elements uncompleted. Manchester City FC will now pursue the appeal avenues open to it, on the basis that the opinion contains clear material errors, of law, principle and fact, and is unsafe.  The Club has diligently respected due process for eight years on the basis that the Premier League Board and Executive would behave as an independent, impartial and fair-minded regulator, free from partisan influence.   The Club is obviously restricted in what it can say further until all future proceedings are complete”.

I mean I’m just happy to play in my own league by this point. I’ve supported my team over 20 years and I will always support City So over the coming years I wanna see rival fans get rattled. What we as fans think about the club is what matters
🚨 BREAKING: probability punishment for Manchester City •RELEGATION 10% •POINTS DEDUCTION 37% •TRANSFER BAN 60% •FINANCIAL FINE 4…… love

I disagree. One thing as a city fan is that we all want players that will give everything on the pitch. He’s a midfielder by trade who adapted his game to play right back. And he’s done a great job in that position for me
One of the worst signings in city history. Nice guy and could be good as a backup but he has single handedely lowered the standards of the club and its fanbase. Criminal we're going into year 3 of him at rb with no competition

Well that, incredible coaching, developing players and having an infrastructure that actually has the clubs best interests in competing at heart plays a part too. We’ve been at this a long time
Man City causally dropping £300M on midfielders in one window and no one bats an eye lid. £85m Bouaddi £116m Anderson £120m Fernandez This is why they’ve won so many Premier Leagues. Don’t forget it.

Focus on the problems at your own club man. Cause we’re doing fine over here Up the blues 🩵
£85m for Cody Gakpo would mean City's spending since January 2025 now totals £815.4m on 19 players. If Enzo Fernandez signs before the end of the transfer window, that takes it to £935.4m (€1.1 billion). Two years since their hearing finished in December 2024. Three & a half years since they were charged in February 2023. Their cheating, corruption & financial doping, we are too numb to what a disgrace they are.

Feel like Everton are actually in line for a real good season. Now they have some stability and a good squad. David moyes is a top manager
🚨🔵 Everton are in advanced talks to bring Jack Grealish back to the club, negotiations proceeding well over loan deal. Grealish, giving priority to #EFC return to be completed early next week if all goes to plan.

Great player is cancelo but such a sore loser
🚨 NEW: Joao Cancelo was ready to get presented alongside the squad, but it wasn't possible. Lamine Yamal looked at him and asked: "You're not coming out?" Cancelo just shrugged in disapproval. 🤷‍♂️

Tbf nico ain’t wrong. By the time this window is finished he might be the only player we have left
#ManCity are ‘quite open’ to doing business with Newcastle for Nico Gonzalez, despite currently being short in midfield. However, the player is still convinced he can be ‘important’ at @ManCity and can give his best amid the ongoing midfield reshape. [via @FabrizioRomano]
