Domesticated animals that live among humans shouldn't be able to attack anyone, Tigers are not domesticated and kept in enclosures for peoples safety, if someone stupidly enters that enclosure they do so at their own risk

Under UK law, a dog can be euthanized after a serious attack, even when acting on instinct. Yet some argue a tiger should never be shot during a fatal attack because it was “acting naturally.” Why does instinct excuse one animal but not the other? Human life matters in both cases. Just asking🤔
