One of the most most mind-boggling things is how the progressive left finds "state-sanctioned kiling" for abhorrent crimes (capital punishment) to be wrong and immoral... but will vote to rip an innocent baby apart limb from limb without batting an eye.
Oregon had a net population gain of 36,530 since 2020 - 100% of which are international immigrants.
Yet, in that same time period registered a net gain of 263,459 new "voters."
👀Look:
The first image is a chart of Oregon's net population change since April 2020.
Since then, net migration is flat at -670. International immigration is staggering at +56,700. The birth / death ratio is also alarming at -19,500. The net population gain is +36,530.
The 36,530 net population gain is ALL INTERNATIONAL IMMIGRANTS.
Now, look at the next two images. It's the growth, year over year, of active registered voters in Oregon since 2020 and the current stated active registered voters for this 2026 mid-term election - straight from the Oregon SOS website.
We've had a population increase of 36k international immigrants, since 2020, with 263,459 new active voter registrations in the same time period.
How?
Tell me: how exactly can voter registrations grow 700% larger than population growth of made up of 100% non-citizens?
None of this is believable. None of this is legit.

There will be a contingent of the “Republican” party that tries to use the midterms to push amnesty.
No, turning 30+ Million illegals into voters is not the solution.
Immigration was a winning issue, one of the *only* winning issues.
Never amnesty.

Remember that progressives never feared “Christian nationalism.” They just needed to come up with a term to intimidate conservative Christians and conservative Christians alone out of allowing our faith to inform our politics.

Self-righteous Big Eva commentators trying to pin a historic blue wave on “candidate quality” or Trump’s “character” are delusional.
That doesn’t even come close to accounting for why Susan Collins, Greg Abbott, Roger Marshall, and many more like them—other incumbents who Trump didn’t pick and weren’t even really “Trumpy”—got swept out of office.
Massive demographic changes, a 45 point swing among young men 18-29, widespread anger over the Iran War, etc. those are the reasons.
But they can’t for a moment acknowledge that because it means their entire cushy system of sitting from the sidelines and being scolds would crumble.
Only 17% of white evangelicals voted. The other 83% need to repent. Their pastors need to resign.
In looking at causes for tonight’s results, one important data point—in the 2022 midterms, around 24% of white evangelical Christians (the most reliably conservative bloc of religious voters) voted. In 2026, only 17% did.
In other words, a significant amount of America’s salt decided not to have flavor when it comes to elections. And when that happens, it fails to preserve.

Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This is an incorrect understanding of who voted versus who did not.
Data shows that 17% of the total electorate in 2026 identified as white evangelical. Based on trends from past elections 85% of white evangelicals voted in the 2026 election.

Muslims have a plan to make America a Muslim nation.
Marxists have a plan to make America a Marxist nation.
Secular Progressives have a plan to make America a Secular Progressive nation.
… but Christians seem to always have a plan to keep Christianity from further influencing our nation by discipling people into either:
1) Political apathy (“God is sovereign, back off”, “we don’t get political, just do evangelism”)
2) Political ambiguity (“Jesus isn’t a Republican or Democrat, neither Right nor Left” = primary application of gospel to culture)
If continued, this will have very predictable (and disastrous) results in coming years, and a few conversations with pastors in deep blue cities / states trying to build churches, pastor people, and raise Christian families will help you realize it.

Christians must discard the poisonous idea that it’s somehow evil to defend their faith, family, or way of life
Western Christian civilization is worth defending, and if it falls what comes next will not be “secular” on “neutral”
It will mean rule by your enemies

Samuel Sey defenders, day #1:
"He's completely innocent. This is one big misunderstanding. Trust us."
Samuel Sey defenders, day #2:
"Okay, we're not positive he's innocent. But regardless, you're bad for wanting him deported."
Samuel Sey defenders, day #3:
"Admittedly, he's probably guilty. Sure. But let's revisit why you're celebrating immigration law. Seems evil of you."
Samuel Sey defenders, day #4:
"How important is that dumb immigration system, anyway? WWJD?"
Samuel Sey defenders, day #5:
"Ngl, never liked ICE anyway tbh."
This is basically George Floyd II: Evangelical Boogaloo.
All it took for evangelicalism to flip-flop on an important issue we've been lobbying for, literally for decades, was half an opportunity to signal our virtue and the fundamental incapacity to say, "We were wrong about the facts. Our discernment was off. We repent."

I am NOT.
And I make no apology.
There are many brothers and sisters in Christ who are not compatible to share in a healthy and prosperous civic life.
American citizenship is not a universal HUMAN right.
Neither is it a universal CHRISTIAN right.
At the end of the day, the vast majority of modern ministers (despite their claims of being “Conservative”) are merely Universalists.
Yes, they reject Universalism SPIRITUALLY (heresy).
But they absolutely embrace universalism CIVICALLY (Liberalism).
Many of these men are THEOLOGICALLY faithful, but POLITICALLY, they are a liability to the preservation of our nation.
Therefore, because the hour is late for the survival of Europe and America, they must be completely ignored.

On "VOTING FOR THE LESSER OF TWO EVILS"
If godly people refuse to vote for the LESSER of 2 evils, godless people will vote to ensure you, your children, and your grandchildren get the GREATER of 2 evils.
NEWSFLASH: You will be voting for a "lesser of two evils" until Jesus returns.
Wise Christians can differentiate between a FALLEN candidate and an EVIL candidate.
FALLEN CANDIDATE: Has personal sin in his / her life.
EVIL CANDIDATE: Leads entire communities, states, and nations to sin.

“Neil Shenvi, an Indian and evangelical influencer himself, suggested Sey “belongs here” because he married an American and has kids. He thought it wrong that ICE would deport someone with an American wife and, by virtue of an American mom and sadly un-overturned birthright Citizenship, children who are Citizens. Of course, that would be true for millions of illegal aliens. Since the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, even if an alien marries an American, they must apply, satisfy the requirements, and receive approval; the marriage certificate itself neither grants a green card nor extends an expired authorized stay.
It’s been this way for about 75 years. Everyone knows the rules. Sey knew the rules. Sey allegedly broke the rules. It appears obvious, given what we know now, that Sey knew he was overstaying his visa and, like so many illegal aliens who came during Biden’s tenure, thought an attorney could clear up the ‘confusion.’
The feds were not confused. The evangelicals were.
The fundraiser, promoted by Protestia, invoked Sey’s wife, three children, and standing as a “brother in Christ” while collecting money for household expenses and legal fees. Many others matter-of-factly appealed to his Christianity to lobby ICE via X to release him. The irony is rich. The segment of evangelicalism most opposed to Christian Nationalism was lobbying the government to reconsider his deportation because he was a Christian.
Imagine lobbying a government you argue should remain pluralistic and secular to let an illegal immigrant stay because he’s ‘spiritual family.’ That’s not how a pluralistic, secular state operates. Neither is it how a nation operates in general, because taking an immigration oath doesn’t make you an American any more than walking an aisle or repeating a prayer makes you a Christian.”

The Gospel is for all people ≠ America is for all people.
The Gospel is for all people ≠ any nation is for all people.
The universality of the Gospel does not require the universality of national membership.

This is the most insightful post from an unbeliever I’ve ever read.
Lord…
Have mercy on the pastors of America and their blatant hatred of young White men.
Humans are a pack animal.
This may be hard to understand if you are evangelical and think the book of genesis is literal rather than allegorical, but humans are a pack animal.
What this means is that the human desire for the acceptance and support of a tribe is as fundamental as the desire for food, for air, for water, for sex, for sunlight, for love.
If you tell young men that they cannot have a tribe, they're not going to accept that.
Ever.
Especially if you tell that only to the young men of one tribe in particular. They're going to wonder why everybody gets to have a tribe and they don't.
And they're eventually going to decide that you are the enemy.
Because you are. Anyone who stands between young men and what they need for a healthy, fulfilled life is their enemy.
That includes you.
And if you manage to convince them that god doesn't want them to have a tribe, it will also include god.
The more you push back against their healthy and natural desire for a tribe, a homeland, and a birthright, the more they will hate you, and the more exclusive their definition of that tribe will become.
There is no way you can stop this. The only thing you can control is how far they have to go, how radical they have to become, in order to get it.
Because this can go all the way from enforcing immigration law, and shutting down corrupt visa programs right now, to gangs of young White men in balaclavas with Ar15s going door to door ten years from now.
We have to do something about the 14th amendment. I don't care if that makes you uncomfortable or unhappy. It's not a choice. The constitution exists to serve Americans, not the other way around. If that sentence confuses you, read the first paragraph of the constitution.
If we do not, young men of the future, the same little boys who are being radicalized right now by your malicious indifference, will treat a piece of paper that says they cannot have a homeland the way they would treat a piece of paper that says that can't eat food, or a piece of paper that says they can't own a home, or have a wife and children.
You may think that you offer them a tribe in the form of the universal kingdom of god, the community of all believers, but that's just a word game and you know it, which is why you are so defensive about the whole thing.
Where was the universal community of believers when these young men needed help? When they needed not just the surface appearance of a tribe, but someone to do the things that tribes actually do for younger generations they care about?
The pack serves a concrete set of functions in the life cycle of the human species, and you cannot perform those functions with a cardboard cutout.
Young men are sick of religion that offers them responsibilities with no rights, lectures with no help, demands with no love or empathy.
It's odd, in a way ironic, that, I, the man of zero faith, should have to be the one standing here telling self-styled religious leaders how they failed both their people and their god.
But having no faith does give me one advantage. It frees me from the delusion that Jesus is a puppet that I can pull out of my pocket, slip over my right hand, move his mouth and make him say what I want.
I used to wonder, as a child, what the phrase "taking the name of the lord in vain" actually meant.
But I no longer wonder, because when I became a man, I looked around me and saw all these people who talk to god and somehow get told exactly what they want to hear.
Then I understood that the key phrase here wasn't "in vain". It was "taking". Taking the name of god and using it as a tool for one's own goals.
Joel, here, is sad that his friend is getting sent home. This personally inconveniences both him and his friend, which effects Joel in a way that young men being denied their birthright does not.
So he finds an interpretation of scripture that says that god wants him, Joel Berry, to get his way, and that god wants all the young men who want a homeland and a birthright to go get fucked.
I'm not terribly impressed.
