I’m Gareth — Chief AI Officer, AI Systems Architect, and Founder/Builder focused on designing and deploying AI-native operating systems for businesses.

I’m particularly interested in moving beyond the idea of “AI assistants” toward complete Agentic Operating Systems: systems where specialized agents, tools, knowledge, workflows, verification layers, and human decision-making work together as one operational architecture.
I use AI coding agents heavily as part of my development workflow, including Claude Code, and I’m interested in pushing the boundary of what an individual founder/operator can build with an AI-native development stack.
My broader mission is to help businesses and founders design, build, automate, and operate with AI — effectively creating a new kind of organization where humans focus on judgment, relationships, creativity, and strategy while AI systems handle increasingly complex execution.
I’m also building Agentik OS, an ecosystem around AI-native business operations, agentic systems, and the emerging Chief AI Officer role.

Elon Musk just confirmed that its the beginning of Universal High income. Enjoy your last months before the abundance begins and we enter the golden era.
Universal high incoming is coming.
Anthropic plans to put 5% of its shares into a Public Benefit Fund, subject to shareholder approval, with another 2 percentage points potentially added for every 50% increase in company value at the board’s discretion.
The fund could support nonprofits or make direct payments to specific groups affected by AI, but it is not a commitment to universal basic income.
Elon Musk supports the idea and is even calling for more direct payments to the general population.
Anthropic seems certain: co-founder Jack Clark stated yesterday that we have now reached the singularity.

We’re committing a portion of Anthropic’s shares to the Anthropic Public Benefit Fund, a new wholly owned entity dedicated entirely to the public benefit.
It will start off with 5% of our shares. For every 50% increase in the company’s value over a set baseline, we can contribute up to an extra 2%, subject to our board’s discretion.
In total, this means that roughly 20% of Anthropic’s shares are committed to the public good. Our co-founders have already pledged to donate 80% of their equity, and around half our employees are donating a portion of their equity as part of a donation matching program we’ve run since our founding.

Humanity has spent decades making computers faster.
The next revolution may come from making computers think differently.
The brain demonstrates that intelligent information processing can emerge from an architecture characterized by sparse activity, temporal signaling, distributed memory, local adaptation and massive parallelism.
Neuromorphic research demonstrates that several of these principles can already be implemented technologically.
Biological-computing experiments demonstrate that living neural networks can even participate directly in computational systems.
The remaining question is not whether these individual technologies exist.
The question is whether they can be assembled into a coherent architecture capable of producing scalable, useful and energy-efficient machine intelligence.
That question is open.
And because it is open, it is worth attacking experimentally.

The objective is not to imitate the brain.
The objective is to understand why the brain is so computationally efficient, extract the underlying principles, and determine whether those principles can create a new generation of machines.
If successful, NeuroOS would not simply make existing AI cheaper.
It could change the fundamental economics of machine intelligence.
