Mushroom Ijaw minority tribes wish they had someone like the great Nnamdi Azikiwe.π
Legends has it that Ofe α»ra was served to Igbo soldiers on the eve of the Abagana Ogbunigwe success!
That xplains why Ofe α»ra has an extraordinary reputation!
This is not ordinary delicacy. Ofe α»ra has a place in our historical books.

they cook their egusi without vegetables
1. Amala is the only Yoruba food I know that is sold in restaurants and it is sold only in Yoruba restaurant in South West.
2. Nobody in Nigeria know what Iyan is.
3. Yoruba Egusi is not sold anywhere in Nigerian restaurants, the Egusi sold in Nigeria restaurants are Igbo Egusi.
4. Jellof rice & Eba is not Yoruba Food, it's African food.
Same with Moi Moi.
5. At the end of the Day, the only 2 food you Yorubas have is Amala & Ewedu, which is only sold in Yoruba Restaurants in South West.

When did rice and Beans (ewa) become Yoruba food?
Akara is a snack, not a food.
Again, aside Ewedu/Amala what other food and soup do you Yorubas have?

Save yourself the stress bro. Rema is Igbanke, not Benin.
The Benin settlers in Igbanke have long been assimilated into and integrated with Ika society. Rema is Igbanke by origin but has chosen to identify with Benin.
Conclusion : there is no Benin in Igbanke Federation today.
Divine Ikubor "Rema" is from Onu-iyi in igbanke a community founded in 1906 by traders from Γ¨dΓ³ and Γ¨kΓ³, itsekiri and urhobo extraction..
The founders of the town; Keji Adeyefa, Aguda, Aremo, Omorogie, Alonge Obakpolo, Abbe Obakpolo, Ojoada, Lawal, Ale Ijesa and Anohoba Obakpolo..
The interview on the origin of Onuiyi was given by the Odionwere of the town "community head" Mr. Michael Irabor Anohoba, a descendant of Anohoba Obakpolo.
Onuiyi gets its name because it was a camp set up by the aforementioned name on land given to them by Omolua igbanke and Oghada people, near the Orhionmwon River;
β Onu - mouth
β Iyi β stream
The name was given to them as a tag "those that camped at the water mouth" by Omolua igbanke who owns part of Onuiyi land is cited in.
Divine Ikubor surname reflects his ancestry from one of the Benin traders, and he's no different from other Benin people that have more than 3 village from one patrilinean or matrilinean line.

Isi adα»kwa gα» mma?
Are you OK?
What happened to the aborigines?
1906 of yesterday?
Can I also go to a section of Benin today & claim I founded it with my friends?
After all, land agents gave it to me

I can bet you that 95% of Yoruba people have never eaten pounded yam in their entire life.
How can Yoruba people say they own pounded yam when they clearly don't have the soup to eat it with?
The truthful ones amongst them have all said they don't have soups.
Even the Egusi and Okro he mentioned are not theirs.
If anyone annoys me under this post, I'll list all their original traditional soups with weird ugly names.
