The FCC has sent a notice of violation to station WTWW in Lebanon, Tennessee (9930 KHz) for starting its programming early and exceeding the permitted bandwidth usage of up to 9 KHz, as they were using 60 KHz! The notice does not specify whether this occurred for just a few minutes or throughout the entire broadcast.
That must have caused interference with WWV.

Lately, there have been a lot of SDR apps coming out that rely heavily on AI, and they’re all just garbage.
But out of all those “new” apps, this one is really interesting. I tried it out for a couple of hours; it took a little while to get the hang of it, but I eventually figured it out. Special mention goes to the included decoders.
It still needs a lot of bug fixes; I hope it’s not just a hobby project by someone with too much free time who wants to experiment with AI.
Tested with an AirSpy HF+ Discovery and a K-480MLA antenna.

Another SDR# beta. Turn the sound ON.
Noise Reduction that leaves cheap AI codegen and textbook recipes in the dust.
Watch the noise collapse and hear what you've been missing. This is why you buy an Airspy.

WWV Time Signal 10000/15000 kHz
There was a power outage in my city due to strong winds that were battering various parts of the Southern Cone of South America, and it lasted at least an hour. I took the opportunity to see what I could hear. The same stations as always, nothing new.
But I enjoyed being able to listen to WWV’s time signals on 10,000 and 15,000 kHz with a simple 15-meter cable strung outside (about 50 feet) without applying any filters and on a portable radio.
I usually can't pick up these signals without an SDR, and the 10,000 kHz one is even rarer for me! I can only hear the 15k one clearly sometimes with an SDR.
The video has two parts.

I Worked STRATCOM J2 for 5 years. This isn’t mystery radio. That’s an E-6B Mercury on 11175 USB, Atlantic orbit, reading an EAM preamble: K7CWD7.
HFGCS + TACAMO doing what they were built to do — HF/VLF relay so the boats and bombers still hear the message if the pretty networks go dark.
Not a launch order. Not “decoded.” Just the backup C2 net doing its job off the Carolina coast.

WRMI (Unidentified Program) 9955 kHz
I could hear the host's voice, but it seemed to be very softly spoken, so I could hardly understand what he was saying.
I even looked on the WRMI website, but it's even more confusing. I think it's not up to date, or the programming has changed frequencies and time slot, which is probably the most likely explanation since I've read that they've been having problems with some of their transmitters lately.

USAGM/Voice of America 11590 kHz
I've been picking up this transmission pretty strongly for days now. I thought it was a 500-kW Chinese jammer overpowering VOA, but it turned out to be one of the USAGM stations broadcasting from Kuwait.
I used an online transcription tool to see what they were saying, and this is what part of the audio said (The video was much longer, and I cut it down; I don't know which part this translation was from):
Welcome to the program; I am your host, Zheng An. First, let’s look at the latest news.
U.S. President Trump has expressed confidence that a potential war would end quickly. He reiterated that Iran would not possess nuclear weapons, and that once a conflict with Iran concludes, gasoline prices would return to previous levels or even drop lower.
Meanwhile, Trump stated that the U.S. is engaging with Houthi militants in Yemen. The White House issued a statement on the 18th announcing that President Trump would sign the legislation imposing sanctions on Russia and Iran, a bill that authorizes and expands statutory sanctions, tariffs, and bans against Russia, and extends existing sanctions against Iran.
Clearly, he's from the VoA.
