IVERMECTIN!
WITH OR WITHOUT FOOD?
The core pharmacokinetic claim is accurate and well-documented:
• Ivermectin is highly lipophilic (fat-soluble).
• Taking it with a high-fat meal (olive oil, avocado, etc) increases bioavailability (systemic (Systemic = drug is absorbed into blood → distributed body-wide. ) absorption into the bloodstream) by roughly 2–2.5 times compared with an empty stomach. Fat increases bioavailability, so more of the drug enters the bloodstream and travels throughout the body.
This is noted in the FDA prescribing information for Stromectol (brand-name ivermectin) and multiple pharmacokinetic studies.
What’s been found is that taking Ivermectin with a FAT SOLUBLE FOOD (olive oil, avocado, etc) increases absorption (Bioavailability) where more of the drug enters the bloodstream which helps it circulate throughout the body for systemic effect. If you’re taking Ivermectin for Active Cancer reasons, then it should be taken with A FATTY SOLUBLE Meal.
Taking it this way allows the IVERMECTIN to circulate throughout the body for a SYSTEMIC EFFECT. Again Systemic = drug is absorbed into blood → distributed body-wide.
Now on the other side where you take IVERMECTIN on an EMPTY STOMACH for maintenance reasons, It’s been found that the majority of parasites live in the GUT. Because the absence of FAT by taking Ivermectin on an empty stomach it allows LESS ABSORPTION into the BLOODSTREAM which in turn kills more parasites overall, especially in the gut, again because the majority of parasites are in the gut. So because more of the drug stays in the GUT LUMEN, where many PARASITES are located in turn it kills more parasites.
To sum the debate up.
If you’re looking for a Cancer Diagnosis Treatment or an overall body parasite cleanse take your IVERMECTIN WITH A FATTY SOLUBLE FOOD. This will allow the IVERMECTIN to get into your bloodstream and circulate throughout your entire body.
If you’re looking to kill the most Parasites starting with the gut parasites, then taking it on an empty stomach is best. Remembering that your gut carries the most PARASITES in the body.
My Take: ( Common Sense Approach)
If you have been DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER, it’s highly recommend to take your Ivermectin with some kind of FATTY SOLUBLE FOOD(s). That way the drug enters your bloodstream easier and circulates throughout the entire body seeking out the Cancerous Tumors. Once Soluble it can get to the hidden areas where Cancer may be hiding.
I’m Not a medical doctor and this is not Medical advice
BUT MY COMMON SENSE TELLS ME TO DO BOTH, but separate.
IF YOU’VE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER
- Start off Immediately by taking Ivermectin WITH FAT SOLUBLE FOODS FOR THE FIRST 3 wks on , 1 wk off, 3 wks on.
- After your first 3 wks on Then take 1 week off
- Then restart Ivermectin for second 3 wks on an EMPTY STOMACH in order to target any remaining GUT PARASITES, again where most parasites live.
After the 2nd 30 days get rechecked for any remaining cancerous cells, you may have to continue Ivermectin for a longer period with Fatty Foods.
IF YOUR TAKING IVERMECTIN FOR MAINTENANCE REASONS or on an EMPTY STOMACH.
- I would attack the Gut first, where the majority of parasites live.
What the Gut Includes: Stomach, Small intestine, Large Intestine (bowels) and upper tract ( includes your mouth and esophagus).
- 3 Weeks on Empty Stomach then 1 wk off , then 3 weeks on with Fatty Food , for blood absorption.
This way your targeting the masses of parasites in the gut, but finishing your overall Cleanse by attacking the remaining parasites hiding throughout your body.
A COMPLETE CLEANSE!
- DONT FORGET YOUR BINDERS!
- ALSO BY ADDING MEBENDAZOLE, ALBENDAZOLE ,
FENBENDAZOLE to your Protocol it significantly increases your chances of killing ALL of the Parasites/ Worms in your body.

Teddy Roosevelt was born 168 years ago today, and his life reads like someone made it up.
As a kid his asthma was so bad he sometimes had to sleep sitting up in a chair just to breathe. He was too sick for regular school, so he was taught at home and spent his time collecting dead animals. At 9 he opened the "Roosevelt Museum of Natural History" in his bedroom. He taught himself taxidermy and the maid complained about the smell.
His father told him he had the mind but not the body, and that he had to make his body. So he did. Boxing, rowing, hiking, lifting, for years.
He went to Harvard, then wrote his first book at 23, a naval history of the War of 1812 that the Navy actually used. He'd go on to write around 35 books and was known to read a book a day, sometimes more.
On Valentine's Day 1884, his mother died of typhoid and his wife Alice died after giving birth to their daughter. Same day. Same house. In his diary he drew a large X and wrote "The light has gone out of my life."
So he went to the Dakota Badlands and became a cattle rancher. Locals mocked the glasses and the Harvard accent until he knocked out a drunk who pulled two pistols on him in a saloon. Later, when thieves stole his boat, he built another one, chased them downriver in the freezing cold, captured all three, and marched them to the nearest jail. He read Anna Karenina while guarding them.
Back in New York he became police commissioner and would walk the streets at night in disguise to catch cops sleeping or drinking on duty.
In 1898 he quit his job as Assistant Secretary of the Navy to lead the Rough Riders in Cuba and charged up Kettle Hill under fire. He was awarded the Medal of Honor for it in 2001, making him the only president to receive one.
At 42, after McKinley was assassinated, he became the youngest president in American history. Weeks in, he invited Booker T. Washington to dinner at the White House, and much of the South lost its mind over it. He didn't apologize.
On a hunting trip in Mississippi, guides tied a black bear to a tree so he could shoot it. He refused. A cartoon ran, a toy maker made a stuffed bear, and that's why it's called a teddy bear.
He put around 230 million acres of land under federal protection. He went down in a submarine. He became the first president to fly in an airplane. He kept boxing in the White House until a punch left him blind in his left eye. He won the Nobel Peace Prize for ending the Russo-Japanese War.
In 1912 a man shot him in the chest outside a Milwaukee hotel. The bullet went through his steel glasses case and a folded 50 page speech in his coat pocket. He coughed into his hand, saw no blood, decided it hadn't hit his lung, and went on stage anyway. He told the crowd "it takes more than that to kill a Bull Moose" and spoke for roughly 90 minutes with a bullet in his chest. Doctors left it in. He carried it the rest of his life.
Two years later, in his mid 50s, he went to map an uncharted river in the Amazon called the River of Doubt. He got an infected leg, a raging fever, and lost about a quarter of his body weight. He nearly died. The river is now named Rio Roosevelt.
When WWI came, all four of his sons went to fight. His youngest, Quentin, a pilot, was shot down and killed over France in 1918. People who knew him said he was never the same.
He died in his sleep a few months later in January 1919, at 60. His son Archie sent a telegram to his brothers: "The old lion is dead." Vice President Thomas Marshall said death had to take him sleeping, because if Roosevelt had been awake there would have been a fight.

Customer: "Your pork chops any good? The ones I get are like cardboard."
Butcher: "They're like cardboard because the pig was built to order."
Customer: "Built?"
Butcher: "Bred. In the seventies the advice came down that fat was killing people, so the pig industry bred the fat off the pig. Took about twenty years. Backfat halved. A 1970s chop had a thumb of fat on the edge and marbling through the middle. Yours has a rind of nothing and a muscle that's never been near a lard cell."
Customer: "That sounds like progress."
Butcher: "Taste it and tell me. The fat was the flavour. The fat was what stopped it drying out in the pan. They bred the dinner out of the animal to meet a guideline, and then wondered why nobody cooks pork any more."
Customer: "My mum's chops were lovely."
Butcher: "Your mum's chops came off a different pig. Same breed name, different animal underneath. They changed the pig and never changed the recipe, so your mother's twenty minutes under the grill turns a modern chop into a roof tile."
Customer: "Can you still get the old sort?"
Butcher: "Rare breeds. Tamworth, Gloucester Old Spot, kept by people who ignored the memo. Slower to grow, more fat on, and a chop that tastes like 1975. That's what this is."
Customer: "Why did the industry go along with it?"
Butcher: "Because the supermarket buys the lean one. And the supermarket buys the lean one because a man in an office told the country fat was poison. Fifty years on the country's fatter than it's ever been and the pig's thinner than it's ever been. One of them got the advice wrong."
Customer: "Four of those, then."
Butcher: "Leave the rind on, let it brown, and don't apologise to anyone for the fat. The pig had it put back on purpose."

On July 19, 1545, King Henry VIII stood at Southsea Castle and watched his favorite warship go into battle against a French invasion fleet.
Her name was the Mary Rose. She had served him for over 30 years.
Then, in front of the king, she sank.
Nobody knows exactly why. The most common explanation is that she made a sharp turn, leaned over hard, and water poured in through her open gunports. She went down in minutes.
Around 400 to 500 men were on board. Fewer than 40 survived. One big reason was the netting stretched over the open decks to stop enemy boarding parties. It trapped the crew as the ship went under.
According to one account, her commander, Vice Admiral George Carew, shouted to another ship just before she sank that he had the sort of knaves he could not rule.
She sank into the soft silt of the Solent. Half the hull rotted away over the centuries. The other half, the side buried in mud, was preserved, along with almost everything inside it.
Divers found her again in 1971. After years of excavation, she was lifted out of the water on October 11, 1982. Tens of millions of people watched it on television.
Inside was a frozen moment from Tudor England. About 19,000 objects.
More than 130 longbows and thousands of arrows. Before this, almost no medieval English longbows had survived at all. Bronze and iron cannons. Swords, pikes, and armor.
And the everyday stuff. Combs, dice, shoes, a barber-surgeon's tools, musical instruments, and the skeleton of the ship's dog, who seems to have been kept to catch rats.
The crew came up too. Researchers found that some of the men had shoulder bones changed by years of drawing heavy war bows. They were the archers.
The hull spent decades being sprayed with water and then wax-like chemicals so it wouldn't crumble as it dried. It's now on display in Portsmouth, a short distance from where it sank.
Henry watched his flagship and hundreds of his men disappear in a few minutes. Almost 440 years later, they came back up.

THEO VON: “Was there anybody who was immune to COVID-19?”
DR. MCCULLOUGH: “There’s one adult group. You’re going to laugh.”
[Theo Von listens closely for the reveal]
DR. MCCULLOUGH: “Smokers… They got very mild cases. And they don’t get long COVID.”
THEO VON: “Why?”
MCCULLOUGH: “Because smokers maintain a level of nicotine in the bloodstream… Smoking blocks the spike protein. It’s amazing. I thought smokers were going to go down.”
THEO VON: “Do you think that’s a good idea [to use nicotine patches] on a regular basis?”
DR. MCCULLOUGH: “I think [it’s a good idea] if they have long COVID... Nicotine, don’t forget, is a nootropic. A nootropic is a drug that makes the brain function more effectively... It’s addictive, but it’s not harmful to the human body... Nicotine patches are perfectly safe.”

This would have saved me multiple years in high school & undergrad. But I still love the little green Greek / English Loeb books. It’s time to dive back in.
Happy to announce I built a Greek/English reader site with all the surviving plays of Aeschylus, Sophocles, Euripides, & Aristophanes.

Once again, China is interfering.
China’s Liaoning aircraft carrier and the USS Theodore Roosevelt could be operating in the Philippine Sea at the same time, potentially bringing Chinese naval forces near the US-Japan Keen Sword exercise.
A marvelous site, exceptionally well done. Reading the Ancients gives you a unique perspective on mankind's nature, history, and philosophy. Highly recommended.

Watching Charlie Kirk get murdered on a livestream and then watching left-wingers celebrate the murder was infinitely worse than your friend getting deported for being in the U.S. illegally.
Maybe take a deep breath and calm down. It’s nice that you care about your friends and want to take care of them, but the constant emotional crashouts are embarrassing.
And for someone who claims that the mere concept of the friend-enemy distinction in politics is evil and Nazi-esque, you sure do spend a lot of time carving out legal exceptions for your friends, spreading false information on their behalf, and smearing anyone who disagrees with you as worse than Hitler.
That doesn’t make you evil, but it does make you a hypocrite and an emotionally incontinent mess who maybe should consider taking a break from the Internet for a while.

This has been probably the darkest 24 hours I’ve ever experienced on social media in my life. The things being said about Samuel, his wife, and his small children are unthinkably evil. There is a segment of the so-called “Christian” nationalist crowd that has given itself completely over to Satan. I’ve never had more resolve to defeat these subversive demons invading the Right and invading Christianity.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Joel Berry has promoted deportation of illegal immigrants that he doesn’t know. Suddenly he opposes it in this case since he’s sympathetic to the person who’s being deported. This is inconsistent.

Did you know Illinois has their own Illinois Transplant Fund that it appears to only help those who are here Illegally. They tell me that they will help with paying their insurance premiums, get them set-up with SNAP and Medicaid benefits. I simply called for a US Citizen and he does not meet the criteria, one being he is a US Citizen. Is this legal? @HarmeetKDhillon
The only way you can get ahead in blue states like IL is to be a politician, a thief, or both .
Ya'll, this is nuts.
Hundreds - that's right, HUNDREDS - of armed robberies between 2022 and 2024 weren't real.
They were staged by the "victims" as part of a massive immigration fraud scheme to secure U-visas for themselves and their families.
