Ukrainians are the direct descendants of the people of Kyivan Rus — the state that became the cradle of Ukrainian culture, language, and statehood. It is from the times of Rus that the continuity of the Ukrainian people, their traditions, and unique identity originates.

The ceasefire in Oleshky is another trap.
Yes, humanitarian relief matters. People’s lives come first. But the reality on the ground suggests russia is using this pause for another purpose.
Ukrainian military sources report that russia is reinforcing and resupplying its forward positions on the left bank of the Kherson region.
Building materials. Ammunition. Military supplies.
There are reports that russia is preparing assault operations in the Kherson direction for November 2026.
Every ceasefire gives Moscow another opportunity to prepare its next attack. How many times does it have to prove it cannot be trusted?

Many people didn't see that Russia was attacking our data and cyberspace over a long period of time. Then we found a way to weaken Russia's strategy, to respond to their attacks on data. We are different here. Ukraine is more technologically advanced. The Russians attacked our data centers so many times, and still we had cell service and an Internet connection. Because we are digitally decentralized and advanced. Our responses are more painful for Russia because they are more centralized. They have a different strategy. Because they have a lot of air defense assets, they are simply defending what they have. We don’t have too much air defense – we have a shortage. That is why we decentralized everything, not only data. But we always try to respond and do so only after Russian attacks against us.

Ukrainian forces struck a Tor air-defence system and a radar in Russia’s Kursk Oblast, an electronic warfare station in Bryansk Oblast, and a military supply depot in occupied Donetsk Oblast on October 27 and overnight into October 28, according to Ukraine’s General Staff.
Blind spots in russian air defence: in one day, the Defence Forces hit a Tor system, a radar and an electronic warfare station
On 27 October and during the night of 28 October, units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine hit three elements of the enemy’s air defence (AD) on the territory of russia at once, as well as an occupiers’ depot in the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk Oblast.
What was hit:
🎯 A russian army Tor-M2 surface-to-air missile (SAM) system, Rzhava area, Kursk Oblast, russia
🎯 A radar station, Maloye Gorodkovo area, Kursk Oblast, russia
🎯 An electronic warfare (EW) station, Semyachki area, Bryansk Oblast, russia
🎯 An occupiers’ materiel and supply depot, Valerianivka area, Donetsk Oblast
Why it matters: every SAM system, radar or EW station hit creates a temporary gap in the enemy’s AD system. The more such gaps there are, the greater the Defence Forces’ ability to employ unmanned aerial systems (UAS) at all levels.
Operations against the enemy’s key military targets will continue until russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine ends completely.
To be continued 💥
Glory to Ukraine! 🇺🇦

Kherson. Ceasefire.
A rare walk through just one part of the city.
The scale of destruction must be seen and known.
Usually, we cannot walk here because of the drones infesting the skies—so this is hidden.
This is a European city. 2026.

President Trump and I are on the same side when we speak about ending Russia’s war, but we see different instruments for achieving that goal. My philosophy is that Putin is a deeply Soviet person, both in his reality and mentality. We know it because my generation was born in the Soviet Union. When Putin is lying, we feel it. We were neighbors with the Russians for so many years. That's why I think we understand the Russians more clearly than the United States.
The United States, considering global security, can discuss with the Russians different topics. But we understand the mentality of both Putin and the Russian people, their soldiers and civilians. When they are ready to do something, and when they fear Putin because they know they can be imprisoned. If they don’t go and kill Ukrainians, Putin will sanction them in his own way.
Therefore, President Trump supported us on some topics, while on others we have different views.

The Novomoskovsk Azot chemical plant in Russia’s Tula region is still burning this morning following the overnight strike. #Russia
❗️Ukrainian long-range drones struck the Novomoskovsk Azot chemical plant in Russia’s Tula region, with local residents reporting a fire. The plant, part of EuroChem, produces ammonia, ammonium nitrate, urea, methanol and nitric acid. Public procurement and rail data cited in the reporting link it to supplies of raw materials for the Sverdlov Plant in Dzerzhinsk, a major Russian producer of military explosives. #Russia

So, Putin is offering the Trump family Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant (largest in Europe) and to jointly operate an LNG terminal in Alaska.
Replying to @ralexdc
BONUS: The most geopolitically sensitive proposals include a potential American role in Alaska LNG infrastructure involving Russian assets and a third-party management arrangement for Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant, with electricity shared between Ukraine and Russia, according to the officials.
The proposals are not necessarily final agreements.
