It is a huge honour to serve as UK Foreign Secretary.
From Russian aggression in Europe to the horrendous famine and conflict in Gaza - when UK diplomacy has never been more important.
I look forward to representing and promoting British interests around the world. @FCDOGovUK

Today, 80 years on from VJ Day, we remember all those who sacrificed their lives in the Second World War.
At Far East Corner of the National Memorial Arboretum, The King viewed tributes and met representatives from VJ associations, including the Burma Star Memorial Fund, The Chindit Society, Far East Prisoners of War and Children of Far East Prisoners of War.

Governors' uniforms are paid for by the Falkland Islands Government, which decides if each new Governor will wear one. They are individually tailored and not passed on. So where more fitting for mine to be kept than the wonderful @FIMuseum in Stanley?

It is horrifying that over 800 Palestinians have been killed seeking aid. The Gaza Humanitarian Fund has failed, as it was clear it would.
With 25 other countries, we condemn the inhumane killing of people seeking their most basic needs.
