"Hard to Watch, based on the novel 'Stone Cold Bummer' by Manipulate"
A profoundly evil film. It's just misery porn. It's like if Sam Hyde wrote a parody of The Blind Side.

John J Bowman. Nice Virginia bourbon that tastes suspiciously like a Buffalo Trace product. But I always get a great green apple taste on it

I get a very similar note on Old Forester 1920 but the OF is bit more tart and candy like, this is a bit more soft and creamy

Democrats are going to impeach every cabinet official and Trump himself every month for the next two years and pundits want him to “pivot to the center.” Give me a break. This is war.
Yeah, there will be no pivot to the center. This is what you get when you have an 80-year-old president who doesn't really gaf about the future of the Republican Party.

Jevons Paradox seems especially obvious in the field of law. If you make lawyering easier, that produces more lawsuits and other legal activities, which means you need more lawyers.

Update — these children deleted their racist post. I had constraints in government on what I could say. They are over.

OK but did one of them win the CFP? At historically the worst power conference program in the county?
Fun reminder that cig has faced 9 TOTAL ranked teams in his 3 years at IU. Pete Golding is facing his 9th ranked team in 11 games as a head coach in the SEC. Both including CFP.

It was a turnout issue. And massive increases in manufacturing are the goal of tariffs. "You have to assemble the BMW in America or pay a tax to ship it here" is the explicitly point.
The New South is the anti-Rust Belt. A poor unproductive backwater made prosperous by globalization, free trade, and free markets. The governing ideology of the new GOP cannot win in the South. Either reverse course NOW, or enjoy your 9 point win in Alabama while you still can.

No doubt the south is benefiting from significantly looser labor laws/regs and lower costs than the old rust belt especially say NY and IL, but that's still all within the US. The rust belt didn't tariff the south. Free market shipped the rust belt to Mexico, China, Korea

Something striking: when you dig into the recent manufacturing employment gains, they're in sectors that have high tariffs. For example, fabricated metals added 29,000 jobs since December 2025 with an average tariff of 25%. People love to claim that tariffs harm manufacturing by making inputs expensive, but that's tough to see in the employment data. Graph:
Manufacturing jobs jumped again in Oct to highest level since Dec '24 - as we can see on this chart, manufacturing was in a 3-yr slide before the turnaround started this year; the sector began hemorrhaging jobs at the very start of '23:

Never forget: the people attacking JD Vance are the people who want to go back to the pre-Trump GOP.
