This week marks 1 year since The Front Door AHP Team commenced working in ED. Despite the challenges and unpredictably of this year the team have achieved...247 ED d/cs, 92 AAU d/cs, 61% of pts would have been admitted without AHP input! @GRI_ED @sam_ahp @NHSGGCnorthAHP @NHSGGC

AHPs making an impact at front door by supporting flow and turning patient around, avoiding downstream admissions. Our GRI AHP team assessed 229 patients during May 2019 and supported 70 discharges home! @AnnRossahp @6EAScot @CRLAN63
