I met M on Spaces, too. Gave him some idea of what the market wants and how to reduce his cost. USA operators are too expensive. I have him look into SEA.
I also suggested a free tier, which could attract more users. The free tier is connected to the ad network.
He should focus on the community first. The current product is good enough to pitch.
