Thanks @Gladwell We should all go to debate school! Learning to listen then speak is animportant life lesson. “Seek first to understand THEN be understood”Stephen Covey

This attack of CBC journalists is unacceptable. It will likely create a chill in newsrooms across the country, no doubt what the Conservative leader wants. I worked at CBC early in my career and CBC president doesn't tell CBC journalists what to cover or how to cover it.

Our students need more recess, unstructured play, Physical Education, all the Arts, and extracurricular activities! That's how we make their social/emotional health a priority. #2023goals

You have undoubtably been the best Canadian UN Ambassador in my lifetime. You are saying the exact correct things, and super compelling to watch on TV. I LOVE IT AND YOU!!!! Keep up the great work going into 2023

Should we call this a volley-ball bowling race?? Whatever it is, we want to play!
Great to see the younger grades being included in intramural programs and developing #PhysicalLiteracy early on 👏🤩
Hey @PeelSchools! Who has their K friends come to the gym for intramurals? With a little help from your athletic council you can get your K friends active and moving! The v-ball nets stayed up and we had fun at lunch @TribuneDrive! @hpe4pdsb @opheacanada @PHECanada @CIRAOntario
And add to that the #childandyouthReportCard @ParticipACTION for teacher and school recommendations for physical activity and what healthy literate Ontario students we will have! Learn more at bit.ly/3SOrW8Q

A big thank you to all of Ontario's hard working #ECE and #ChildCareWorkers who support our youngest learners!
We appreciate your kindness, dedication, and passion for our youth.

It is past time for Doug Ford to pay education workers a living wage while increasing taxes on big corporations who aren't currently pay their fair share. Come to think of it, Ford should hike wages for child care workers, nurses, doctors, optometrists, midwives & so many more. – at Otonabee-South Monaghan, Ontario
Congratulations to these two fine coaches, Greg White and Shane Verbiski who were recognized for their contributions to sport and all the students they have influenced over the years! @D8Athletics

It was great to reconnect with some of our Ophea Ambassadors today to discuss, plan & get feedback on supports for the 22/23 school year! We’re inspired by & thankful for the support of this community & look forward to connecting with the rest of our team over the next few weeks!
Excellent questions for educators to ponder about control vs creating safe spaces in which students learn and thrive!

This is a very personal & upsetting thread but IMO is clear evidence that “we” are losing sight of the big picture & the filter for decision making is the mighty dollar $$$$. For context, from our driveway I could throw a baseball and it would land on QEW or in these 🌲 🌳 1/4
Thanks Tonya for bringing this to our attention! Good interview. I fear a bumpy road ahead for education …again … how unfortunate.

This! A student going into the trades is just as good/important/amazing/smart as a university-bound student! Let's normalize this!!!
