Dennis Rodman was ordered to pay $50,000 a month in child support. His daughter, Olympic champion Trinity Rodman, says that for a while the family lived in their car. Michelle Moyer, the mother of his two youngest kids, filed for divorce in 2004. It was not final until 2012. December 7, 2009: an Orange County court sets his child support at $50,000 a month and finds he is $100,000 behind. 2011: he is found guilty on four counts of contempt for support he did not pay in 2009 and 2010. 2012: court documents put his unpaid support at $808,935 for the kids and $51,441 for his ex-wife. His lawyer: "Respondent Dennis Rodman is broke and cannot afford any additional fees." May 29, 2012: instead of jail, he gets 104 hours of community service and three years of informal probation. Outside court he says: "It's all about the kids." The math: $50,000 a month is $600,000 a year. His 2010 tax return showed about $150,000. The payment was later cut to $4,500 a month for child and spousal support combined. In the video below, Trinity is asked why he would not pay child support.
