QFN Community Newsletter — Foundation Edition
One month since Genesis. The network hasn't stopped.
Here's what happened in February.
🧵
My Telegram account was just frozen out of nowhere. No warning, no violation. I was mid-conversation helping someone in our community when it happened.
6 years of building, connections, and history on that platform. Scammers impersonate me regularly and I believe false reports from confused users triggered this.
I've submitted every appeal I can. @telegram @smstelegram please review my case urgently.
If you've dealt with this before, any advice is welcome.

QFPay update.
Launch is being pushed to next week to give QNS (@dotqfns) the space it deserves as registrations continue to accelerate. Right now, the priority is securing your name, as it will be required for QFPay.
Momentum is building across the ecosystem. QFPay is coming extremely soon.
First dApp on QF Network. Built through the bear market. Every registration burns QF. Your name is waiting.
QNS is live on @theqfnetwork
43 names registered. 515 $QF burned.
Your identity, on-chain. One name across every dApp on the network. Register your .qf name now.

$QF hitting the roadmap hard 🔥🔥
Just to highlight what really happened here. A Dapp Labs builder was working on something ambitious and hit a wall. Not a bug, but missing chain-level features needed to make the dApp work properly. They compiled a list and sent it to Nils, who forwarded it to the team.
Today the team upgraded the runtime from v117 to v118, shipping those exact features. Not in a month. Not after a governance proposal and three committee reviews.
A builder asked, the team listened, and the chain evolved. This might not get appreciated today but down the line when you're interacting with dApps on QF and the UX is the smoothest you've experienced in web3, this is why. The builders and the team are building together. That's rare. That's $QF.
Runtime update shipped.
Solidity on QF is now live.
You can deploy Solidity smart contracts via polkadot.remix using Injected Provider (MetaMask) and interact with them through standard Ethereum libraries.
What changed:
• EVM execution enabled
• ETH RPC compatibility fixed
• Ethereum wallets now reflect correct balances
Flow:
• Write + compile in polkadot.remix
• Connect MetaMask (Injected Provider)
• Switch to QF network
• Deploy + interact
Note:
This uses polkadot.remix (fork), not standard Remix.

I’vebeen supporting $QF for a while now.
And its still early to be part of the ecosystem.
Plenty of spots have yet to be taken to make this L1 global.
Being early always yields great rewards.
QF Builders Series #4 - @QfPad_
Behind QF Pad is a builder focused on one thing:
making it easier for others to launch on QF.
A launchpad + tooling layer that handles token deployment, presales, and liquidity. So builders don’t have to piece it together themselves.
Here’s why they’re building on QF 👇
1/ Why QF?
“QF is still early, which means builders actually have room to shape the ecosystem instead of getting lost in a crowded chain.”
2/ Decisive architectural factor?
“The execution model and sub-second finality. It allows applications to feel much more responsive and opens the door to designs that simply aren’t practical on slower chains.”
3/ Why does QF’s philosophy align?
“QF is building the base layer, and QFpad is building part of the application layer that helps projects actually launch and grow on that base.”
4/ Biggest surprise?
“How much greenfield space there still is. Builders can have a real impact on how the ecosystem develops.”
5/ How does it scale?
“As QF grows, more projects will want to launch on it. QFpad sits right at that entry point.”
6/ Who should join?
“Builders who like being early and solving foundational problems.”
Early ecosystems are shaped by the people who build the rails.
Not just apps.
But the tools that enable everything else.

Big milestone coming.
On March 18, the QF Bridge launches.
From that moment, ERC-20 QF tokens can be converted into native QF tokens on the network.
A key step toward activating the full QF ecosystem.

WHY: Digital sovereignty.
HOW: High-performance decentralized infrastructure.
WHAT: QF Network.
Build systems people actually own.
The manifesto lays out five pillars of digital freedom. Quietly building across four of them. Two are locked. Two are on the way.

QF Builders Series #3 – QNS
What if every wallet on QF had a human-readable identity?
@AxeLedger is building QNS
The identity layer for QF.
Instead of sending tokens to a hex address, you send them to axe.qf.
Every wallet gets:
• a human-readable name
• a profile page
• a shareable identity card
• built-in gifting in two clicks
Think ENS, but native to QF and designed for everyday use.
Here’s why Axe is building on QF 👇
Why QF?
“Timing and conviction. QF is pre-mainstream which means building here isn’t competing for attention, it’s laying foundation. Every chain eventually needs a name service and being first on QF means .qf names become the default identity primitive rather than something bolted on after the fact.”
Decisive architectural feature
“Sub-second block times. A name service involves frequent small transactions. Registrations, renewals, profile updates, primary name switches, gifting. On slower chains all of that feels sluggish and expensive. On QF it confirms almost instantly.”
Why QF’s philosophy aligns
“QF is building sovereign infrastructure. Systems people actually own. That’s exactly what QNS does at the identity level. Your .qf name isn’t rented from a centralized registrar. It’s yours on-chain, controlled by your wallet.”
Biggest surprise building on QF
“How much you can ship with a small setup. We went from zero to a fully functional name service with registration, renewal, transfers, profile pages, reverse resolution, admin panel, gifting, and share cards in a short sprint.”
How it scales
“Every wallet on QF becomes a potential .qf name. As the ecosystem grows with DEXs, lending, gaming, and social apps, QNS becomes the connective tissue.”
Who should build on QF
“Anyone passionate about solving a real Web3 problem without accepting bad UX as the price of decentralization.”
“You don’t need coding experience. The tools are here now for people who have ideas and the willingness to figure it out.”
Early ecosystems are shaped by the builders who show up first.

What if building a Web3 app was this simple? New w3ard demo video!
In this demo, w3zard generates a complete Freelancer Escrow dApp in just a few clicks.
You start with a simple wizard.
Describe the app you want.
Configure the contract logic.
w3zard then generates:
• A working smart contract
• A full frontend interface
• Transaction flows (deploy, deposit, release, refund)
• A ready-to-run project structure
No complex setup.
No manual scaffolding.
No weeks of boilerplate.
Just describe the product you want to build.
From idea → working dApp.
This preview shows how far w3zard already is.
And it’s only getting started. 🔮
