Hi @Arron_banks. I was wondering if you would be able to explain why Devon Bay Solutions has no PSC? Your brother claims to be a director there... Also, that's a lot of red numbers, no?
Old dog, old tricks: let's start with Theunis Bassage. He's a director of (at least) 2 Isle of Man companies linked to (and likely owned by) @Arron_banks: Sea Point and Marquise. Bassage was CEO of Wilton, a nominee services provider involved in the Hartley pension scandal.

Paul Nuttall is running the vetting for Reform candidates? The same Paul Nuttall who, as UKIP leader, claimed to have lost friends at Hillborough, played for Tranmere Rovers, had a PHD and lived at a fake address? Ok

Hardcash Productions who made the documentary for Reform UK have a long (and award-winning) history of undercover investigative journalism
In conjunction with ITV, they will have scrutinised any legal exposure prior to release. Reform are just desperate to shift accountability
STATEMENT:
Reform UK has reported ITV, its board, and its undercover reporters to the police.
Some of the crimes carry up to 10 years in prison.
They forged a passport.
They directly interfered in elections and almost certainly altered the results. Being paid to “canvass” for Reform in crucial wards we lost by a few dozen votes.
They lied to a veteran about their service and left him “violated”.
This is unprecedented.
The police are now involved.
Scrutiny of political parties is one thing.
But anyone breaking the law to try and ruin the lives of Reform’s staff, members or volunteers will be reported to the police and pursued relentlessly in the courts.
Here’s what happened 👇
Hardcash Productions were responsible for the ITV Exposed documentary into Reform UK
They have a pretty strong record in delivering investigative journalism and doing it legally 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

Remember Ed Sumner, Reform UK's Head of Communications featured in the ITV Exposed documentary?
He used Adam Richardson (of the 'independent foreign funding report') to threaten journalists from publishing his name relating to his time working for Reform UK's Laura Anne Jones MS

If anyone is wondering why @andywigmore is so cozy cozy with @trussliz: it's because she literally paid his salary. Yes, she hired his employer, Gunster Strategies, to lobby authorities in the US. All on FARA/US Gov filings.

The Reform administration on Warwickshire County Council has been propped up by the Conservatives since they took (minority) control in May 2025.
The current Leader of the Council has been found guilty on at least two separate occasions, by external solicitors at a cost of more than £33,000 to the taxpayer, for breaching the Cllrs Code of Conduct.
However, he was cleared of all wrongdoing by a panel consisting of a Reform, Conservative and Lib Dem Cllr who voted in favour 2-1.
Prior to Reform taking over, the Conservatives had been in power since 2005, so 20 years!
Is supporting Reform an attempt to cling on to power? After all, Conservative Cllrs chair all the major scrutiny committees…
Resources & Fire and Rescue - Andy Crump
Communities - Jan Matecki
Adult Social Care & Health - Jo Barker
Children & Young People - Yousef Dahmash
Regulatory - Chris Mills
Pension Fund Investment - Chris Kettle
Also, not to forget, being a Committee Chair comes with a £7226.61 “Special Responsibility Allowance” or £5616.58 for the Pension Investment sub-committee.
66% of all Conservative Cllrs on WCC are committee chairs.
I’ll let you make your own minds up!

One of the funniest things about Reform reporting ITV to the police about election interference is this.
Councillor George Madgwick bragging that the 'reporters' helped Reform knock out 2 Labour councillors as Yusuf moans that they cost Reform 2 seats - undermines their argument somewhat that the pair were not acting as instructed.....
Still George - when you eventually realise you have undermined your Party police complaint and you delete this - this is a screenshot sometimes called a receipt..........

George Cottrell also forged a passport but @reformparty_uk did not report him - in fact, they even put his former boss Mehrtash A'zami, who knew about the identity fraud, as their treasurer.

Investigative journalism is so rare in the UK these days Reform think its illegal.

Sunday Times -Arron Banks money trail.
Ian Lucas "Did you use staff who had previously worked in the insurance business."
Wigmore "No."
Personnel switched and shared time between his insurance company (Eldon Insurance) and the Leave EU campaign.
Who is ready for an @Arron_banks list of companies (including linked to his son and brother, onshore and offshore) and some colour into the seemingly unregistered lobbying activities by @andywigmore?
Now that will be a proper exclusive.

Ps: Arron, so many red numbers? 🤔
