We bought @KobaltTools trimmer from @Lowes that is having a warranty issue. Kobalt no longer makes the part and said Lowes will exchange it. They gave us a reference number. Lowes says no. We have spend 7 hours on hold between these two companies. PLEASE HELP! #CustomerExperience
.@KobaltTools and @Lowes My next step is a complaint with the BBB, state attorney general, and state insurance commissioner since warranties are a form of insurance. Plus, I'm disputing the credit card charge. DO THE RIGHT THING!
