I had about 100 more questions for the @FoodProfessor but I'll settle for the picture! It was great getting to listen to him in person at @BanffPork.
Biggest take home was how little Canadians spend on food as part of their budget and value wise how good of a deal pork is!
Our final speaker today is Jason Shaw, is the Deputy Chief of Safety, Emergency Management and Public Information with the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service. He is going to share his experiences in leading through crisis.
