If you’re a teenager, you don’t need PEDs, and you really shouldn’t be taking them. At your age, testosterone, IGF-1, and recovery capacity are through the roof. You’re in one of the best periods of your life to build muscle. Almost everyone I know who started taking training, nutrition, and sleep seriously at that age built an incredible physique naturally. Some of them look better than people taking all kinds of PEDs. But the most valuable thing isn’t even the physique. It’s everything you learn from years of pushing your natural limits. You learn how to train properly, how your body responds to food and recovery, how to stay consistent, and how to make progress when things get difficult. That’s something PEDs can’t teach you. If you skip that process, you risk becoming dependent on drugs to make progress. Every plateau becomes an excuse to increase the dose or add another compound instead of questioning your training, nutrition, or recovery. You have years ahead of you. Use this time to build a strong foundation, physically and mentally. Even if you eventually decide to take PEDs as an adult, nothing will replace what you could have built and learned naturally.

Advising teenagers to take meth and tren should land you in jail if things worked as they should.

if you run bromantane thinking it's a stimulant that gets you instantly wired like a tweaker, you'll be sorely disappointed but don't worry, it's better. not just for your "health" but for your ACTUAL (not perceived) performance stimulants push out the dopamine you already have (however little) bromantane gets your neurons to make more, by switching up tyrosine hydroxylase and AADC. refilling your reserves to spend daily vs. draining them immediately it heightens your focus and motivation consistently and it keeps you level under stress, instead of making you erratic and overly confident it's steady drive and a clear head with zero debt to pay back afterwards. the soviets built it for soldiers and cosmonauts who had to stay functional for weeks, not hours. if you do one thing today, start a cycle of vilon/epitalon/pinealon one at a time. add another after a week. take each in the morning, empty stomach and be amazed.
The pinealon acute causes the super deep sleep that feels like a coma when neuro inflammation is high. That fades with time The epithalon moves the circadian cycle back. Feels like I wake up before sunrise no matter where I am in the world The Vilon seems to unlock a hidden energy currency. Don’t know how. Maybe some immune mechanism.

so you want adderall results without the risk of becoming an idiot junkie? this is your recipe: upon waking, empty stomach: 2g l-tyrosine, 200 mg modafinil, 3mg pinealon, 100mg bromantane, 200mg magnesium l-threonate, 250mg citicoline, 300mg thiamine ttfd after 2 hours: double espresso every 4 hours: 1-2 sprays intranasal insulin (mind your technique) now - without nuking your fucking brain like most of these X retards will recommend you do - your brain is about to be operating on a level you did not even know fucking existed before. you'll sit locked in longer than you've ever been able to before. i'm talking a weeks worth of work done in a sitting. if you don't want to forget to eat, shit and piss - set a timer to remind yourself. and it'll LAST. you won't be a vegetable in a year. you'll be sharper than you are today. the flow is that fucking deep (just don't distract yourself with reels like an idiot). - drink OJ for quick energy - hydrate with electrolytes throughout day - first of all; do bloods and fix deficiencies/ inconsistencies this stack is neuroprotective, enhances neuroplasticity, and promotes neurogenesis. not medical advice.

Day three of Russian peptides (pinealon, epitalon, vilon). Waking up feels like coming out of a years long coma. Sleep so deep that I got to the layer where time slows to a crawl. Cortisol peak sliding to earlier in the morning judging by aggression.

the best x accounts have a recognizable intellectual or emotional signature that is undeniable. & when you pair that with a brand element, it is pure compounding super powers because they’ve activated & occupied a very valuable piece of real estate in someone’s mind. like occupying a prime manhattan address.

when it comes to enhancements, you can either do insane shit and burn out or keep a steady pace and stay in the game long after the junkies and meatheads are gone. bodybuilding is a good example; people who start juicing (with insane protocols) within a year of training, don't take the right precautions, don't space their protocols out, don't take their TIME with things either fucking die before they can ever see the Olympia stage (which they thought they would, because they can't think straight), build such a weird physique they'd never get in anyways, or live the rest of their life paying for it with their health. and HEALTH IS EVERYTHING. the same goes for the cognitive equivalent. it's your decision to either do "100%" (meth, tren, adderall, etc.) and be out of the game in no time or do "80%" (modafinil, bromantane, racetams, supplements) and stay in the game indefinitely it's like this - who do you respect and want to become more A) the guy who takes the strongest version of every single thing available to him, rises far up (but not even close to the top) fast, and then plummets back down just as quickly - as a weaker version of what he was when he started. B) the guy who deploys an intelligent stack of compounds, builds steadily, keeps his health in check and eventually (quicker than most, slower than those who spend the rest of their life paying for that extra speed) reaches the top. and STAYS there. would you rather have a penthouse for 6 months, or a mansion for life? lesson of the day - don't listen to 19 year old incels writing out manic aggressions to seem nietzschean on social media. it's not very based.

NEVER fuck around on your phone in the morning this is one of the highest leverage things you can do to achieve peak focus. not frying your dopaminergic system with cheap hits right after investing in 5-7 hours of sleep to reset it the most stimulating thing you do in the morning should be your work it will make it a lot more fun, and your focus will be MAGNITUDES deeper.

One of the best biohacks is eating plenty of carbs and making sure your body can efficiently oxidize glucose. You have no idea how much of a difference this can make to your life. Energy, mood, sleep, libido, hormonal function, cognitive performance, stress resilience, physical performance, and recovery. Almost every aspect of how you feel and function.

pinealon just makes my brain feel genuinely sharper more clarity, less clutter, less brain fog, faster and sharper processing and it does it at the gene level, not by hammering any receptors this can be quite easily explained, because most brain fog isn't a "mystery" like most people think it is it's cellular stress. oxidative damage, excess glutamate, and strained mitochondria in your hardest working neurons all in a race to the bottom and pinealon clears that drag by protecting your cholinergic and dopaminergic neurons from the oxidative stress and excitotoxicity that cause the fog in the first place. your mitochondria then produce energy more efficiently and since your brain eats 20% of your body's energy, better neuronal energy directly translates to more mental stamina and faster thinking. but it goes deeper than just clearing fog. pinealon upregulates the very enzymes that build your key neurotransmitters so you get a steady, sustainable supply of dopamine and acetylcholine - no spike, no crash. that means cleaner signaling in your prefrontal cortex; the place of working memory, planning, and decision-making. the result is a better signal-to-noise ratio; your neurons fire cleanly when they need to and rest when they don't. that's the "quiet focus" feeling that pinealon gives me. and then there's a third piece that ties it together; pinealon boosts BDNF, which strengthens the connections between brain networks so information moves faster and integrates with less effort. pinealon is my favorite non-stimulating cognitive enhancer. it's that good. and i LOVE stims. so it's likely even more perfect for people who don't like the jitters of them or get anxiety from them. pinealon sourcing is linked at the top of my doc, EU and UK just restocked too: basedbiohacker.any.org/cogni… not medical advice.

Went to a psychiatrist and it turns out I’m way more fucked up than I realized. Coincidentally, I got a lot worse after seeing him. Luckily he gave me all these black box drugs to manage all the conditions I didn’t know I had. I am very smart. #SelfCare #RedditKarma
