12 hours after withdrawals resumed: 2.1% net outflow, with most occurring in the first couple of hours. Over $1 billion in flow, too.
98% choose to stay!
Trust isn’t earned by what you say in good times. It’s earned by what you do in hard times.
Thank you for your trust! 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Binance began restoring withdrawals in phases at 06:00 UTC on November 1, 2026. By 12:36 UTC, withdrawals had resumed for all 15 networks and assets in the initial phase. After an initial spike, withdrawal volumes have declined and are stabilising as expected, while deposit volumes have remained substantial.
Between 06:00 and 15:30 UTC on November 1, we processed $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits, resulting in a net outflow of approximately $3.64 billion. This represents 2.1% of our $171 billion in total assets under management (AUM), based on the latest available Proof of Reserves (PoR) data as of October 28, 2026. A new PoR snapshot was taken at 00:00 UTC on October 31, and zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) computation began. The updated report is expected to be available on our PoR website tomorrow.
Our team continues testing rigorously the remaining networks and assets. We know how important safe and reliable access to your funds is and will share details of the next phase as soon as we can. Rest assured that market conditions are stable.
Thank you for your patience and continued support.

We’re launching MindWire: build advanced AI products without rebuilding the agent layer.
A Go runtime that puts frontier coding agents behind your UI, tools and knowledge.
Custom bots. Cloud automation. Agent handoffs. Desktop apps using existing subscriptions.
Open source.
Seems like @officialABAT and @OfficialAPCNg is needed in the Great Britain 😎🫡😛

🚨LATEST: Binance hackers are using NEVER SEEN BEFORE laundering patterns as stolen funds are being rapidly circulated through thousands of transactions, per Chainalysis.
Instead of moving funds along a straightforward trail, the attackers repeatedly send them between wallets, including back to addresses used earlier.
The speed and repeated patterns suggest automation designed to obscure the money trail.
Binance’s Richard Teng says the attackers used a “self-destruct mechanism” to destroy tools and traces during the intrusion.
Early findings from Elliptic showed almost NONE of the stolen funds had reached mixers, bridges or exchanges, making the unusual wallet movements particularly striking.
They also rushed to swap freezeable stablecoins into assets such as ETH and move funds between addresses before blacklists could catch up. These efforts were only partly successful.
The tactics complicate tracing and recovery, but they do not make the stolen funds invisible.

A ‘hello world’ milestone for Project Suncatcher 🚀
After launching our prototype satellite a few weeks ago, we’ve now successfully sent a command up to orbit, booted up the TPU, ran the prompt, and received our first complete response back on earth - a haiku!

Since CZ told Elon that if he didn't behave, he'd sell off $1bn worth of SpaceX stock, Elon hasn't tweeted a single laugh emoji about the Binance hack.

Every time I watch this short movie, I find myself writing something about it. Some stories touch your heart so deeply that words come naturally, no matter how many times you watch them.
Everyone should watch this movie at least once. ❤️

Found a cool utility from the cardano-ledger team called cleret. It helps simplify and enforce release policies, manage Cabal projects, and even summarizes test failures for CI. A great example of the engineering focus keeping the ecosystem clean.

Testing smart contracts locally shouldn't be a headache. The Cardano Node Emulator by IntersectMBO offers an in-memory blockchain, letting developers iterate on their Plutus scripts without needing a full node setup. It is a solid tool for efficiency.

IntersectMBO has organized their committee documentation into a single repository. It is a helpful resource for anyone trying to understand the governance structure of the Cardano ecosystem. These roles and groups mapped out clearly is a welcome step.

Almost all benchmarks cleared
I did say we'd be releasing our models periodically...introducing Gemini 4 Carbon, our next frontier model.
Following Argon's release just two weeks ago, Carbon shows the pace at which we’re pushing the frontier, it ranks #1 on the recently updated v5.0 of @ArtificialAnlys Intelligence Index at 59. It also leads across key cybersecurity evaluations scoring 88.2% on SEC-bench Pro for finding vulnerabilities, 54.8% on ExploitGym for exploitation, and 71.0% on CWE-bench for patching.
We’re seeing significant improvements in long-horizon tasks even compared to Argon, and we’ve strengthened frontier safeguards.
As we did with Argon, we’re going to roll it out gradually + responsibly. Some trusted cyber defenders will get access starting this week. We'll be expanding it to more partners through our Fairwind Program, ahead of wider availability soon, so hang tight!
