Schools shifting online again.
It's been 662 days since Ford first closed schools in March 2020
Why do we still have classrooms without proper ventilation?
Why don't our staff have proper PPE?
Why are they cancelling public reporting of COVID cases in schools?

How are we not talking about the fact that kids, especially in elementary grades, need to unmask 2x/day to eat when at school.
Twice a day, no mask, in a classroom with 29 other unmasked kids sitting less than 6 feet apart.
How is this not a bigger issue?!?

To ensure that we "feel supported," my Board is going to be offering teachers more PD on hybrid b/c they've "been listening to feedback"
Here's what they are missing: no amount of PD is going to make hybrid better because they're still asking 1 person to do 2 jobs simultaneously.
