🚨 Israeli strike destroys Gaza school educating 350 children
An overnight Israeli airstrike on a residential building in the Saftawi area of Jabaliya, northern Gaza, destroyed the nearby Al-Zahraa makeshift tent school, which provided free education to approximately 350 children, as well as the Little Smile Kindergarten. The strike also damaged a camp sheltering displaced Palestinian families.
“All the desks and educational tents were destroyed. Even the stationery we had for students and teachers was ruined,” Mousa Zaqout, a teacher, told Drop Site’s Abdel Qader Sabbah. He said the volunteer-run school provided free education to children from the camp and surrounding areas.
“There is no ceasefire or anything like that on the ground,” Zaqout added. “Every hour, every moment, there is bombing and destruction.”
Gaza’s Ministry of Education condemned the destruction of the two educational facilities, describing Israel’s continued targeting of schools as part of a systematic destruction of education in Gaza.

Noa, I realise you are stuck in some kind of fantasy world where you see yourself as some kind of liberal... the reality though is you are a deeply racist individual when it comes to Palestinians.
You can't even acknowledge the reality of what Eisenkot, Lieberman, and Bennett have made clear: no coalition with Arabs.
It's also kinda despicable you refer to Palestinian citizens of Israel (Christians, Muslims, Atheists etc) as 'Muslim Israelis'. It reveals where you are ideologically.
I note you didn't explicitly condemn Netanyahu's remarks.

This is precisely why I found the @BBC's reporting from a Jewish school in the UK, as part of its coverage of antisemitism in schools, so troubling.
The school's own curriculum explicitly refers to nurturing children to become "positive advocates of Israel".
There's a fundamental difference between teaching children about Jewish faith, history and identity, and encouraging them to be fierce advocates for a particular state.
Religious education should never become political indoctrination.
