Informed two of my staff members that they're in the shortlist for a promotion. Later I noticed one of the hopefuls bragging to friends on social media that they might be promoted at work. That person did not get promoted. Because they spelled it "permotion" in the posts.

⛏️ Miners' Modernism: Pithead Baths
They brought European architectural modernism to working class communities across the country, and delivered widespread health and welfare benefits some two decades before the founding of the NHS, yet the story of Britain’s pioneering Pithead Baths has been almost completely forgotten.
Now a new research project, led by C20 and @QUBelfast, aims to shed new light on their legacy and discover exactly how many of these ground-breaking colliery buildings remain.
📍We need your help!
Our research has so far identified 65 surviving examples across the former coalfields. The project is now calling on local heritage groups, ex-miners, and mapping sleuths to record further examples and help complete the picture.
