Yo @veve_official I feel like I got rug pulled here. This was way better before you changed it. Glad I didn’t buy any more. Why was it changed? And can we have the original back? #vevefam @rwdcollective

Dear @veve_official, my name is Brandon and I have been on the app since October. I have spent a lot of time and money in this app. I have been restricted on the app since the Black Panther drop. I have never used a bot nor script software and all I am asking is a fair look.

Regarding innocently restricted and banned accounts: 1) Do we have full ownership of our NFTs? 2) What measures did you implement to unban accounts as fast as possible? Can you guarantee that innocent receive their account back? Thank you in advance for responding. 🙂 #veveama

I am really happy that you're running a tough war against bots. We all want a fair app.
There will inevitably be innocent users caught in the same net, and I'm one of them.
I see that innocent users wait 30-70 days to get their account back. Do you think that is fair?

Another one. This is super sad @veve_official. Where is the support?

These 2 statements directly contradict each other. One is from their own ToS and the other is a (lack of) Customer Service email referencing the ToS... Has anyone at @veve_official ever even read their ToS?
Im sharing this pic everyday until THIS is addressed.
