I'm building ReadHub Study
A platform to help students build better reading habits making reading more accessible, social, and consistent.
I'll be sharing the journey here: lessons, updates, wins, and challenges.
We're just getting started.
Follow along.

I've always wanted writers to earn from their stories, not just publish them. For many independent writers, including African authors, making money from their work isn't easy. It's something I want to help change with Palixia.

She: You’re engaging with female accounts too much.
Me: I’ve been engaging more with male accounts these days, babe.
She: I’ve only been seeing your engagement with female accounts.
Me: Okay, I will adjust.
She: Good 😊
That’s how we resolve things in our relationship 👌
Reading shouldn't be a lonely journey.
That's why we're building ReadHub Study. More social, more engaging, more consistent.
We're just getting started.
Sorry dear
That’s why I don’t like working with friends and family members

I’ve been working on a client project for weeks, and these people wan kill me with corrections.😂
I normally give 3 revisions and charge extra after that, but because this came through a friend, I skipped that part.
Biggest mistake ever.

One thing I've noticed on Africa Is Building is that many founders list their products but leave important details incomplete.
Currently, 147 of our 356 approved product profiles still need attention, from missing headline, product cover image, even product favicons.
If you've listed your product, please add your screenshots, description, logo, and other relevant information.
Help people understand what you've built before they even visit your website.

Africa Is Building now has:
📚 356 products
👔 169 founder profiles
👥 566 users!
I've discovered so many interesting alternatives products and builders through this project, and it's becoming increasingly clear how much African software is being built without enough visibility.
We're still discovering more homemade solutions every day.

Students deserve more than access to books.
They need an environment that helps them read consistently, share ideas, and learn together.
That's ReadHub Study.
Making reading a habit, not just exam prep.
