Biggest thing I learned from my @Delta customer service issue is that theyre completely useless. They just use the delta website so if u can’t change something on it they won’t either. No extra benefit & can actually cause more harm when inept reps just start canceling trips.
Never fly @Delta! Customer service moron trying to change a connection that had no seats, rebooked me on original flight in the wrong class and I just had to double pay for an upgrade. They will literally steal your money any chance they get! #airlinefail

I've heard from over a dozen NBC, MSNBC, and CNBC sources (talent and staff) and the frustration with and anger toward their employer for scheduling a town hall against Biden is palpable.
