.@UPS it's really unfortunate you closed UPS customer counters at hubs. We used to drop regularly. Your phone CS agents aren't helpful with informing on any size/weight or contents (ebikes) restrictions at "access points". Last call for ground is also earlier at access points.

Bummer that the bike tire industry has determined that "gravel" is 700c. We used to have more high end (light, fast rolling) 650b tire options in 50 - 54mm width and new tires coming out are 700c only. #biketwitter
