Reasons I like $SPRB here 🧬: 📊 High institutional ownership - 91.7% held by funds inc Citadel, Wellington, Balyasny 📉 Short interest 13.4% of a ~2.7M share float - squeeze setup on any catalyst 🏦 Novo Holdings (Novo Nordisk’s $150B arm) - 3.9% strategic stake 📋 BLA filing Q4 2026 - Priority Review likely - PDUFA mid-2027 🩸 Fatal pediatric disease - zero approved competition globally ⚡️ Full FDA fast-track stack - BTD + Accelerated Approval + Priority Review eligible 💰 $69M raise this week at $50 - Leerink, Guggenheim, Oppenheimer - overallotment exercised in full next day 🇭🇰 Harbour BioMed 3.8% stake - exercised into equity - not passive 📊 3/3 analysts Buy - Oppenheimer, Leerink, H.C. Wainwright - avg PT $217 high $283 - 210%+ upside from ~$70 😈 Shkreli long - $500 PT - “will be approved - new standard of care.” He’s more often right than wrong - see this as good for a catalyst move 🎯 Single clean asset - M&A magnet - Novo already inside the tent ⚠️ Key risk - CMC execution into Q4 BLA filing It’s a rare one in terms of all the points lining up and where it is right now on valuation - one to watch👀 Long $SPRB $XBI $IBB

$NRIX Piper PT $35 $1.1B in cash (end 3Q), NRIX enterprise value is~$1B in value. current PT is unchanged since did not have SAR448272 in our valuation model. There's valuation support from NRIX's bexobrutideg (partnered with Roche) which is in Ph3 trials in CLL and potential advancement of Ph2 development in autoimmune indications. Bexobrutideg offers potential differentiation compared to other BTK degraders in development.

$MLYS - I’ve been wrong on this but one to watch tomorrow. Close to that 30 day run-up window. Long over PMH. Will add a decent spot if that happens.
$MLYS anyone listen to call ?? Commercialization plans for lorundrostat are on track ahead of PDUFA target date of December 22, 2026 – – New analyses from the pivotal Launch-HTN trial showed 46% of participants with uncontrolled or resistant hypertension receiving lorundrostat 50 mg achieved the AHA/ACC guideline systolic blood pressure target of <130 mmHg at Week 12 – – Transform-HTN open-label extension trial data selected for late-breaking presentation at American Heart Association Scientific Sessions 2026 – – Conference call today at 4:30 p.m. ET –

$MLYS buying opportunity?? CV drugs are always slow to ramp. Entresto had a very slow start (<$20M for first 3 quarters after launch) and eventually made $7.8B in peak sales

$NRIX Baird fundamental enthusiasm has been 100% on bexobrutideg and we believe buying into the weakness of the STAT6 trade unwind will reward patient investors as Roche navigates development across a range of B-cell malignancies as well as I&I indications.

$NRIX nice late curl. Always watch the bounce from the first green 3 min or 10 min candle on these.
$NRIX $XBI What $16.50 implies: 👉About 109M shares at $16.50 is a market cap of about $1.8B, down from about $2.8B. 👉Cash is about $1.1B, or roughly $10 a share. That leaves an enterprise value of about $0.7B, or about $6.50 a share, for everything else. 👉Everything else includes Nurix's half of US profits on bexobrutideg, ex-US royalties from the low to high teens, up to $1.6B in Roche milestones, the Gilead and Pfizer deals, the second Sanofi program, NX-1607 and the platform. 👉For comparison, Roche paid $700M upfront for its own share of bexobrutideg alone. At $0.7B of enterprise value, the market is roughly saying Nurix's retained share of its lead Phase 3 drug, plus all the other programs, is worth what Roche just paid for the other half. Don't read that too literally, though. The $0.7B is net of the 40% development cost share and the cash burn Nurix still faces before launch. Opportunity the $XBI gives when it’s in this mode. Gift.

$NRIX disclosed that $SNY will end its Phase 1 study of oral STAT6 degrader SAR448272 and stop the initiative, removing prospective commercial milestones and royalty revenues from the candidate. Additional Sanofi-partnered efforts remain active for milestone payouts, while Nurix preserves $1.1 billion in reserves to fund operational runway into H2 2029. $KTTA $BIVI $CAPR $KPTI $RMTI $PMN $ALZN $ATHE $JAGX $CYCN For more biotech updates, join us on 🔗 BioPharmCatalyst 📰 Articles section

$NRIX I think we see multiple analyst defenses tomorrow. Looking for 20+. A discontinuation of a phase 1 study of one of multiple drugs actually saves money 😂

long $NRIX at 17, if you were buying this for the STAT6 program and not the NX5948 degrader then idk what to tell you - massive over reaction imo
$NRIX Nurix Therapeutics: Sanofi Discontinues Phase 1 Trial of STAT6 Degrader SAR448272, Terminates Development Program ⠀ • Discontinuation: Sanofi ends the Phase 1 trial and terminates the SAR448272 development program. • Financial Impact: Nurix no longer expects future milestone payments or royalties from SAR448272. • Cash Runway: Unchanged, with $1.1B in cash and investments expected to fund operations into H2 2029. • Pipeline: Roche-partnered bexobrutideg remains in Phase 3, while NX-1607 and Gilead-partnered GS-6791 continue clinical development.
